Story
Maverick is a 6-7 year old shepherd mix. We rescued him when he was nearly one year old. He has been a part of our family with our older dog who is 11 and our now 3 year old daughter. He is the most sweet, loving boy and wants nothing more than to lay on you and cuddle or run outside and play. He is fully trained and is a good listener. However, mav has a lot of anxiety. He barks when people walk by the house, he needs a lot of time to trust people coming into the home (will bark and pace). So he needs someone who is patient. Most importantly, he must be the only dog. He has begun guarding our daughter and his food, and becomes aggressive to our older dog. So he MUST be in a loving home where he is the ONLY DOG. Mav really is the sweetest boy and we want him to go to another loving home.

Story
Meet CookieCookie is a stunning 2-year-old Catahoula mix with a look you won’t forget. Her unique coat pattern and beautiful mismatched eyes make her truly one of a kind, and her sweet, affectionate personality makes her even more special. In her photo, you can see her soulful expression and attentive stance—she’s always tuned in to the people around her.Cookie came to rescue from animal control alongside Muscles. The two get along great, but they do not need to be adopted together. Cookie would do best with thoughtful introductions to other dogs, as she can be dog selective, and she has not yet been tested with cats. This girl absolutely loves attention. One of her favorite things to do is gently place her head in your lap and look up at you, asking for love and affection. Cookie thrives on human connection and enjoys being close to her people. She’s also a big fan of car rides, all the treats she can get, and long, leisurely walks where she can take in the world.Because Cookie is strong and enthusiastic, she would be best suited for a home with older children. She could easily knock over a small child without meaning to, simply due to her size and excitement.Cookie is looking for a home that understands her needs, provides structure and consistency, and appreciates her loyal, loving nature. In return, she offers devotion, companionship, and endless affection. If you’re searching for a unique, gentle-hearted dog who just wants to be loved and included, Cookie may be the perfect addition to your family.Adoption application can be found at this link-https://airtable.com/shrAznkHf1ruIqQwq

Story
Meet Dopey! This adorable little goofball is an 8 week old pitbull mix puppy who is guaranteed to keep you smiling. Dopey is the silly one of the bunch — short, chubby, playful, and always ready to make everyone laugh with his puppy antics.Dopey has a gorgeous chocolate brown coat with an adorable white muzzle, a little white stripe between his eyes, a white chest patch, and tiny white toes that make him even more irresistible. His mama is around 40 lbs, though we aren’t sure who dad is, so his full grown size is just a guess.Like his siblings, Dopey has been raised in foster care with other dogs, cats, and children. He is very social, loves attention, and enjoys wrestling with his brothers before crashing for puppy snuggles. At just 8 weeks old, Dopey is still learning all about the world around him. Puppies are a huge commitment and need training, patience, structure, socialization, and lifelong veterinary care to help them grow into happy, well-adjusted adult dogs. The work you put into a puppy now truly shapes the dog they become later.Dopey came to us from local animal control and is now searching for a forever family ready for all the fun, chaos, and love that puppyhood brings. He has been neutered, vet checked, microchipped, has received 2 puppy vaccinations and 2 dewormings. Story
Meet Florian!Florian is an absolutely stunning tri-color puppy with one bright blue eye and one brown eye that make him completely unforgettable. This handsome boy is the super playful one of the bunch — always ready to go, always looking for the next adventure, and always in the middle of the fun. If you’re looking for a puppy with personality, energy, and endless entertainment, Florian is your guy!Like the rest of his litter, Florian has been raised in foster care with other dogs, cats, and children, helping him get a wonderful start with socialization and everyday life experiences. He’s happy, outgoing, affectionate, and loves to stay busy.We also received DNA results back for the litter, and these puppies are quite the mix! The largest portions of their DNA are Siberian Husky and Australian Cattle Dog, along with several other breeds mixed in. Their mama is only around 17 lbs, so we truly do not know how big these puppies will end up being.Because Husky and Cattle Dog make up the largest percentage of the litter’s DNA, potential adopters should do their breed research before applying. Both breeds are known for being intelligent, active, energetic dogs that thrive when given proper physical exercise and mental stimulation. They are happiest when included as part of the family and given structure, enrichment, training, and activities to keep their minds busy. Puppies with these breed traits can grow into incredibly loyal, fun, and intelligent companions when their needs are properly met.At just 8 weeks old, Florian still has lots to learn about the world around him. Puppies require time, patience, consistency, training, socialization, and lifelong commitment. They need exposure to new people, animals, places, and experiences to help them become confident, well-adjusted adult dogs. Puppies also require ongoing veterinary care, a quality diet, exercise, mental stimulation, and lots of love throughout their lives. The work that goes into raising a puppy is significant, but the reward is an amazing lifelong companion. We are looking for committed adopters who understand the responsibility that comes with bringing a puppy into the household and are ready for all the fun, chaos, and love that puppyhood brings.Florian is ready to find a forever family to call his own!He has been vet checked, microchipped, and is current on age-appropriate veterinary care.Apply today at this link- https://airtable.com/shrAznkHf1ruIqQwqDNA Results57% Siberian Husky2% American Staffordshire Terrier15% Australian Cattle Dog2% Beagle8% American Pit Bull Terrier2% Chihuahua5% Boxer2% Dalmatian2% Alaskan Malamute2% PapillonPredicted ideal adult weight33-62 Ibs

Story
Meet Sid!Sid is an absolutely stunning black and white puppy with classic husky-style markings and a personality that is just as unforgettable as his looks. This handsome boy is the biggest of the litter and is impossible not to notice with his unique eyes — one is half blue and half green, while the other is a deep dark green. But Sid’s happiest feature might actually be his tail, which seems to wag 24/7… even while he’s sleeping. This boy is pure joy wrapped up in puppy form. He’s playful, affectionate, goofy, and always excited to be part of whatever is going on around him.Like the rest of his litter, Sid has been raised in foster care with other dogs, cats, and children, helping him get a wonderful start with socialization and everyday life experiences. He loves attention, playtime, and being around his people. We also received DNA results back for the litter, and these puppies are quite the mix! Both breeds are known for being intelligent, active, energetic dogs that thrive when given proper physical exercise and mental stimulation. They enjoy having jobs to do, learning new things, and being included as part of the family. Without enough activity and enrichment, these types of dogs can easily become bored. With proper structure, training, and guidance, puppies with these breed traits can become incredibly loyal, fun, and intelligent companions. At just 8 weeks old, Sid still has lots to learn about the world around him. Puppies require time, patience, consistency, training, socialization, and lifelong commitment.
