Story
Jovi is a sweetheart and is very affectionate. She's a loving companion and would enjoy curling up on the couch or going on walks. She'd love a family that can give her the time and attention she deserves. Jovi has a lot of energy and would love to go on runs with her future adopted family. Jovi does well with other dogs and cats, but she is kinda bossy, so maybe a male dog would be a preferred companion. She's a young girl, so she's got plenty of energy and lots of love to give. If you're looking for a new fur baby, come and meet Jovi! Jovi is up to date on shots, and microchipped. If you are interested in meeting this wonderful, beautiful girl, please contact Sandy or The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue through www.swpapyr.org, or email. We will also need you to fill out our adoption survey. Jovi will need an above-ground fence for safe play and exercise. We are looking for homes in the surrounding Pittsburgh area. For more information, please contact Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, by sending an email to lapyr5@live.com. Personality traits --

Story
Say hello to Rosie, the irresistible 6-month-old Great Pyrenees pup who's as full of love as she is full of energy! Whether she's romping around with our Saint Bernard or keeping us entertained with her playful antics, Rosie’s joy is absolutely contagious. This bundle of fluff is crate-trained, house-broken, sleeps soundly through the night, and has quite the appetite for both food and life. Rosie’s health is top-notch—she’s fully vaccinated (including for Lyme disease), microchipped, and kept happy and healthy with monthly preventatives. Rosie’s true happy place is the great outdoors. She’s always eager for a game of fetch—though, fair warning, she has a hilarious habit of keeping her prize all to herself! While we’re making strides with basic commands, she’ll need a home that shares her zest for an active lifestyle. Though a bit shy around strangers at first, Rosie warms up quickly if they take a knee, speak gently, and come bearing treats. She absolutely lights up when our young grandchildren visit—her love for them is boundless. One small note for Rosie’s future family: hide your fuzzy slippers, because this mischievous pup just might make them her favorite chew toy! Rosie’s ready to share her playful heart and gentle soul with the perfect forever home. Could that be you? Story
Meet handsome Buddy, he is 7 years old.… Buddy is calm, and friendly. He is initially a tad nervous and would benefit from a family that has love and patience to give him. He is gentle with his treats and not very demanding of your time. Buddy came from a situation where his owner passed away - but even in life, Buddy was left to his own devices… he is now learning what it’s like to be part of a family, and enjoying the interactions. A calm home where he can be a couch potato would suit him just fine. Kids over 10-12 who know proper dog etiquette, Buddy would adore that. Buddy does need to make up for all the love he lost out on, so that’s only fair - we’re hopeful that in his later years we can find someone to offer him the loving companionship that he has been looking for.. Buddy will be an amazing addition to a family that gives him some time to come out of his shell and has a low key, calm household. He will be a super easy dog who would demand nothing more than a soft bed, two square meals and humans who love and adore her like he deserves. If you are interested in Meeting this wonderful boy.. please contact Sandy or The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue - thur www.swpapyr.org, or respond by e-mail - Buddy will LOVE you for it! We will also need you to fill out our adoption survey - Buddy will need an above ground fence for safe play and exercise. We are looking for homes in the surrounding Pittsburgh area. Story
Meet Willow, a resilient 3-year-old Great Pyrenees with a story that will melt your heart. When she came to us, she was a stray in desperate need of care—severely underweight and craving love and tenderness. With patience and devotion, we’ve given Willow the time and nurturing she needed to heal, and she’s blossomed into the remarkable dog she is today. Willow is now healthy and thriving, up to date on all her vaccines (including Lyme), microchipped, and spayed. This sweet girl has a heart of gold. She’s incredibly loving, smart, curious, and eager to please. With her love of food (and belly rubs), she’ll happily follow you around the house, always hoping for a treat or a snuggle. Her playful personality shines in her enthusiasm for car rides and her joy in meeting new people. Willow is ready to find her forever family—a home where her sweet nature and gentle spirit will be cherished. She’ll need an above-ground fence to safely enjoy playtime and exercise. If you think Willow might be the perfect match for your family, please contact Sandy or The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue via www.swpapyr.org, or email. Don’t forget to complete our adoption survey. Willow’s journey has been one of resilience and love, and she’s ready to start her next chapter with a family who will adore her as much as we do. Could you be the one to give this beautiful girl the happy ending she deserves?

Story
Meet Brody, your future best friend! 🐶✨ This 8-9 month-old sweetheart is fully up to date on his shots and microchipped for peace of mind. From day one, he's been housebroken—talk about a fast learner! Brody is crate trained, and when bedtime rolls around, he settles in and sleeps soundly through the night. He’s a natural on walks and knows how to keep pace on a leash like a pro. He gets along well with other dogs, making him a great companion for furry friends! While he’s a little shy with adults indoors, he’s much more comfortable outside and warms up quickly. He’s a sensitive soul, and we’ve found that high-energy kiddos (especially those under 7) might be a bit too much for him. But here’s the best part—Brody is a total Lover Boy! 💕 If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate pup to share your life with, he’s ready to steal your heart. Think Brody might be your perfect match? Let’s find him a loving home! 🏡💖 If you are interested in meeting this wonderful, Handsome boy, please contact Sandy or The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue through www.swpapyr.org, or email.
