Story
Mila is a 8 year old dog with a lot of energy. She loves to run around and play in the backyard. She doesn't have problems being boarded with other dogs. Unfortunately due to unexpectedly being a single parent that works 12 hour shifts, Mila is not getting the life that she deserves. She needs plenty of attention that is very difficult to give her with 2 kids and a full time job. She would be great as the only dog in the house as she can get defensive of her home when it comes to other dogs.

Story
We need a good companion for him, he is old, but still loves to play and cuddle, he loves attention, he’s old (about 11-13). Dental hygiene is in bad condition due to previous owners, paperwork from previous owners is still available..he also has lost a couple teeth so we wet his dog food to make it soft, he does like fresh carrots as a snack at times, he gets uncomfortable when smaller children are around due to his fur and ears being pulled by previous children thinking he was a toy.

Story
Brutus is from Capriola Farm German Shepherds. He will be 6 years old on October 2nd. His owner died suddenly on July 25, and Brutus has been grieving and very anxious since losing his person. He’s a loyal, sweet goofball who bonds deeply, but he needs an experienced handler who understands shepherds and working-breed behavior. He loves being outside and playing in the yard - a basketball is his ball of choice. He was not socialized with other dogs, so he needs to be the only dog in the house. He has had one pain-response bite when his foot was stepped on. It was not aggression, just a reflex. He does not have a history of unpredictable biting. He’s just overwhelmed and confused right now. He does not like his feet touched. Brutus needs structure, training, and someone confident who can help him settle and feel safe again. He knows to go into his crate, but also has separation anxiety if left alone for long time periods. He is a talker and will moan his frustrations. He is a good boy.

Story
Phoenix is a very calm, quiet dog who’s just starting to show us her true personality. It will take her a few minutes to warm up. She seems to be accepting of other dogs. We’ve walked her with other dogs and she wasn’t bothered by them at all. She’s very calm and quiet in her kennel. She meets people calmly and gently. If you’re looking for a calm, laid-back well adjusted dog Phoenix might be the girl for you.
