Story
This is Gus. Gus is a three year old Maspyr (Mastiff/Great Pyrenees mix- his DNA results are posted in the pictures) he’s a beautiful dog that resembles a tiger. Gus loves to go on long walks and hang out with family. He’s great with kids and gets along with other dogs. Gus is an inside/outside dog and loves the snow! He’s potty trained and also trained to stay within the boundaries of an underground electric fence. Gus is usually an extremely gentle giant, but has recently displayed aggressive behavior towards an adult male family member. We’re unsure why as he’s usually such a sweet goofy dog. We’re not charging an adoption fee as we’re heartbroken to have to give him away and only concerned that he goes to a loving home. We would like Gus to go to someone that has the time to give him the attention he needs and someone who is an experienced adopter of large breeds. Gus has been with us since he was a puppy and we’re very concerned the transition will be hard on him.

Story
We got zeppelin when he was a puppy and we were child free. Over the last 9 years, life has made it difficult to fully care for a high energy dog who demands our attention all day every day. He needs to be with a family who is okay with him constantly being at your feet, never leaving him alone, and can be patient. He has had some hind leg/hip issues that has come with older age and can’t handle long tiresome runs, but enjoys going on walks. He needs discipline and hard core training for his separation anxiety and we can’t give that to him.

Story
Love is so sweet and smart. She can be energetic and at night time can either be your cuddle buddy to sleep or sleep fine in a crate. She’s had some professional training. I rescued her at around 2 months, she’s just over 7 months now we believe she was born around April 23rd. She could be a pure bred but I haven’t done her DNA test. All shots up to date tick and dewormer (I have all the paperwork) She’s great around kids. She can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly. I’m a single guy and travel frequently for work making it difficult to keep her. Would love to find her a good home.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. When Bonnie was picked up by animal control wandering along a highway in Utah, she would've had no clue that in just a few short weeks she'd be facing a death sentence. Seems that the shelter was so stressful for her all she wanted was to get out or have the other dogs leave her alone. Since neither was really an option, she became urgent!  We got to work right away and pulled her into foster care. It is taking Bonnie some time to warm up to city life, we believe she has primarily been in the country so all the sounds and city hustle and bustle is scary to her.  Bonnie is selective when it comes to dogs. She came into the shelter with her buddy Clyde and seemed to do okay but since being in foster care she has shown signs of resource guarding. Her foster parents are working through that with her and her foster siblings but it's taking time for her to have sibling playtime. Good for Bonnie, her foster family is very patient and they allow her to go at her own pace as she feels comfortable.  Whoever adopts Bonnie will need to give her the same grace and time. It would be best that she be the only animal in the home. Over time, with the help of our behaviorist, Bonnie can learn that siblings are okay. It will take patience. She is learning to go for walks with her foster brother and the family is making great progress already! Bonnie is an absolute sweetheart! She adores people and even children! She is completely housebroken and can be left unattended with no issues.  Bonnie is being fostered in northern Utah, she is spayed and up to date on shots and is now ready for adoption!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 8, 2023, 11:03 pm
