Story
I adopted Whiskey in Atlanta, GA in October 2023. I lived there with him until June 2025. Whiskey is a very loyal and cuddly dog. He does well with people he knows, in a calm environment. He requires slow and calm introductions to new people and animals. He did not interact well with my parents' dog at first, but now they run and play together! Whiskey loves to be with his person and to play tug. I am looking to rehome Whiskey because I am currently in Law School and have small nieces that I am around all the time. I do not have the time, capacity, or environment that Whiskey needs to be properly trained. While Whiskey is a genuinely good dog, he can be unpredictable when it comes to what might trigger his anxiety/reactivity. For this reason, he is too much to have around my young nieces. Whiskey would do best in in a home without children because he can be sensitive to grabbing/handling. He requires an owner that is experienced with dogs, specifically in recognizing cues.

Story
Chicken Nugget is looking for his forever home. Preferably without kids but he absolutely adores other dogs! He is just a super cuddly snuggle bug and walks nicely on a leash when given appropriate support. He's also still working on having nice house manners but he gets better every day! His favorite thing in the world... A bone or frozen Kong!

Story
We are looking for a good owner for our beloved Reyna. We have loved/cared for her for 4 years now, but we have a family member who is severely allergic to dog hair. Reyna is a very loyal and sweet girl. She was born 1/22/22 in Idaho and is papered full bred Airedale terrier—a rare black color but classic Airedale personality. She loves lots of outdoor fun and walks. Just the mention of the word gets her very excited. She loves chasing the ball, playing games, and is so curious. She is good with other small dogs and babies and tries hard to please. Her new owner needs to be committed to playing with her and exercising every day. She loves needs attention a couple of times a day at least. She spends her days indoors and we havent had a problem with destruction but need to hide snacks as she is very food motivated. We've had her groomed about 3-4 times per year. We hope she blesses the lives of her next family as she has ours.

Story
Meet my gentle girl Xena. This sweet, cuddly pup is a true soft soul with a heart full of love. Once she feels safe, her goofy personality shines with silly antics, warm snuggles, and the kind of loyalty that melts your heart. She adores quiet affection and will happily curl up beside you for cozy cuddle time. But she can also be very goofy and fun! She loves play time! At first, she can be very shy and timid. New people and new places can feel overwhelming, so she needs a patient, understanding home that will let her open up at her own pace. With kindness and consistency, she blossoms into a devoted companion who bonds deeply with her person. She would do best as the only dog in the home, where she can feel secure and receive all the love and attention she deserves. A calm environment and a gentle routine will help her thrive. If you are looking for a tender, loving companion who just needs a little time to trust, this sweet girl is ready to quietly steal your heart. 🐾

Story
Luna is a 7.5 year old Akbash and the best dog you could own. She is pretty obedient, knows all basic commands and is even off leash trained. She is your buddy for life. I owned a horse and took her on trail rides with me and spent hours at the barn with her. She loves all animals and is gentle as can be. We have had her since 9 months old. She has lived in our town house and now house for the whole time. She loves being outside & loves the sunshine and loves the snow. She is great with kids, but struggles to understand that littles need her to be more aware of them. Owning Luna only has 2 downsides: 1) She has no idea how big she is and 2) she sheds like nothing I have ever seen. The lack of size awareness only really affects you when she gets excited, she might run past someone and accidentally knock them over (older adults and small children) never on purpose though. We no longer feel we can provide the best possible home for her and are looking for someone who can love her.

Story
Odie is a good boy and deserves a good family. He is 3 and a half, purebred, in tact (no naughty behaviors), house trained, and is very good with kids and other pets, but please keep in mind he is a big boy and likes to “hug” by pressing up against you (he doesn’t jump though!), so he could knock someone over with his weight but would never ever do it on purpose. He has never bitten anyone ever. We love him but due to financial circumstances and mental health issues, I’m doing the wrong thing by keeping him in this environment. The last thing I want to do is give him up, but it is best for him, as long as he goes to the right family. I would love to FaceTime to introduce you to him.
