Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I'm Lucky Charms! I'm a 42-pound, lovable Lab mix with a lot of heart. I may be a tripod, but don't let that fool you-I get around just fine and nothing slows me down! I'm full of energy, but also know how to enjoy a good cuddle session with my favorite humans. I'm super friendly and love hanging out with other dogs, so if you have any furry friends at home, we'll get along great. I'm crate trained, potty trained, and even know how to use a dog door! I also recently completed a basic obedience class! See how much I have to offer my forever family? I'm a pretty smart guy and I love staying active, especially when toys are involved. Whether it's playing tug-of-war, or chewing on a squeaky, I'm always up for fun. I get along well with kids over 8 years old. I've got medium energy, so l enjoy walks and playtime but also love curling up next to you for some relaxation. I'm good on a leash and ready for whatever adventures the day brings. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a lot of love to give, I'm your guy. Lucky Charms is ready to bring some extra joy into your life!  Apply to meet me today at  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 21, 2025, 4:33 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Abbi! Abbi is a gentle 9-year-old, 85-pound sweetheart who is ready to find her forever home. She’s calm, easygoing, and happiest when she’s lounging by your side. Abbi is wonderful with other dogs and gets along great with her foster brother—she’d make an excellent companion for a laid-back pup or for someone wanting a chill, loving, best friend. Always wagging her tail, Abbi has a happy, loving spirit. One of her cutest quirks is the way she greets you—she likes to walk between your legs because it feels like she’s getting petted. It’s her own little way of saying hello and it will melt your heart every time. Abbi is crate trained, potty trained, and knows basic commands like sit and stay. She’s also very food-motivated, which makes her eager to please (especially if a tasty treat is involved!) Because of her age, Abbi isn’t super active and does move a little slower—she may need a hand getting in and out of the car—but she makes up for it by being the perfect cuddle buddy and loyal companion. Abbie was recently diagnosed with Cushing Disease, which is controlled through daily medication that she will need for the rest of my life. The cost is about $200 per month, which is cheap compared to the amount of love I'm going to give you in return! Abbi is the kind of dog who brings peace and joy just by being around. She’s ready to share her love and happy spirit with her forever family. If you think she might be the girl for you, apply to meet her today at  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 19, 2025, 5:46 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi I am Briggs Stratton, nice to meet you! I am a three and a half year old neutered 35lb red heeler mix.   I am such a sweetheart! I am a devoted, loving dog who will be the best companion. It takes me some time to trust my people, but once I do, I give you my heart. I love to cuddle!   I am great in my crate, I am potty trained, have no toy or food aggression, and love other dogs with proper introductions . I would thrive in a home with another dog that I can run and play with every day.   Besides my foster family, my trainer is my favorite person. He has taught me to be less fearful. I am a champ on leash, know the “place” command, and have great recall. I am a very well trained dog,but I would love for my new family to keep up with training. I want to continue being the best dog that I can be. An adult only home or home with older kids would be best for me. I have never met a cat, but because of my breed, I would most likely want a cat free home.   I really am a sweet dog that deserves a forever family. My foster family loves me and wants to find me the perfect home. https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 30, 2025, 4:15 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi there, I’m Jazzper!  I’m a male, 60 pound, 5 year old Aussie Shepherd mix.   I’m going to be honest with you, I need to lose a few pounds.  Want to get a head start on your New Year’s resolution?  I make a great running partner!  We could get in shape together.   I would require, however, to be your only canine training partner.  Humans are fine!  I just don’t like getting too close to other dogs.  My foster mom says that with dedicated training, I may be able to eventually coexist peacefully with other dogs.    My favorite things are running and walking in the neighborhood and playing with my tug in the backyard.  I love learning new tricks.  My favorite is when I balance a treat on my nose and my foster mom tells me to “get it.”  Then I flip it into the air and catch it in my mouth.  Yum!   Great things about me: Best as an only dog in the home Good with dog-savvy cats Great with humans over the age of 12 House trained and kennel trained   My requirements: Daily physical exercise (runs or walks) Daily mental stimulation (I love to play tug in the backyard) Dedication to kennel time Openness to muzzle training   I would like to continue to work with my professional trainer and am looking for a forever person who is dedicated to helping me be the best dog I can be.  I am a super smart dog who needs breed-specific (herding dog) mental stimulation everyday.  We could learn so many new things together.  I know all of this is a lot to ask.  But I really am the sweetest boy.  And after we exercise, we can snuggle on the couch together and watch some TV or read a book.     I’m looking for a patient handler with a consistent schedule.  Could that person be you?  Apply to adopt me at: https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication and we can set up a time to meet. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi I’m Edie, which rhymes with Speedy, which is fitting, because I love to run! I also love to fetch sticks, but I’m still learning to bring them back.   I’ve been learning a lot of new things with my foster mom. It’s a little tough sometimes, (I’ve been a stray for a while), but I learn super fast! That’s probably because I’m a smart terrier mix.   In less than a week, I went from going potty on my foster mom‘s expensive rug, to going potty outside! I still have an accident every now and then because I’m still figuring out how to tell my foster mom that I need to go potty. She clearly isn’t a smart terrier mix, so this is taking some time.   I’m so eager to please and be loved, that I try really hard to understand all the new rules. I really want to be a good girl. I would benefit greatly from some training and I hope we can do that together! It would build my confidence and our bond.     I look like a puppy because of my big paws and ears, but I’ll be 2 in February. So what you see is what you get and I’m the cutest darned girl! I’m 23lbs of pound cake! My ears go up and down and rotate when I’m listening or when I’m nervous. You can pretty much always tell how I’m feeling by my satellite dish ears and expressive eyebrows.   I have a doggy foster brother. I was very jealous of him at first since he gets a lot of love from my foster mom, but I am learning that there is enough love to go around. I also have a kitty foster sister and I love her. Sometimes I try to snuggle with her, but she’s still warming up to me. One time she pet me on my head!  I might chase if a kitty runs suddenly, so I should be supervised until I build the confidence to be calm.     My foster mom’s neighbor is one of my favorite people and I love playing with her big goofy dog. I just love meeting people and dogs and cats and …elephants (I think)     I’m also a very good and chill pup inside when I get enough mental and physical stimulation. (I can get a bit naughty if I don’t because idle paws are the troublemaker’s playground.) I love to chill on the couch with my foster mom, brother and dad.     Speaking of my foster dad, I was a little nervous around him at first. He’s tall with a big beard and big boots. He won me over pretty quick at first, but every time he left the house and came back in, I was nervous. I growled and barked at him, but he eventually won me over with patience and kindness. It may take me some time for me to warm up to humans of the male variety.  Apply to meet me at  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 16, 2025, 2:23 pm
