Story
Milly is a Mini Red Tri Australian Shepherd. We acquired her from a friend who bought her brother in a litter. She is potty trained, and crate trained. Milly is trained to follow you off leash on a hike or a run. She can also follow basic commands. She has been on many trail runs and fishing trips. She's great at playing fetch and loves being outside. Milly will truly be right by your side like a best friend when she warms up to you and get's to know you. She is instinctually a very anxious and nervous dog. Her ideal situation would be a family with no young kids or other dogs or animals. Patience is key when getting to know her. Additionally, a yard would be helpful for her to run around daily. We are saddened to have to make this decision as she has shown a pattern of aggressive behavior towards our 2-year-old son. We have weighed our options and decided she needs a different environment to thrive.

Story
Obi is a cuddle bug. He has a goofy spirit - he'll chase a laser pointer dot for hours, stare at reflective light splotches on the wall, and fetch a ball until he drops. He'll be your own personal vacuum for crumbs and little kitchen spills. He also loves on people by licking anything he can reach. He knows all the basic commands and responds well to kissing noises and snapping fingers. He's house trained and kennel trained (though he does whine for the first little while in the kennel). He loves other cats and dogs, sometimes too much - he'll follow them closely and some animals don't like that. He'll get excited and chase people around if they're getting rowdy - if he gets too excited, he'll try to nip at people's heels, so he needs to be watched if people are getting riled up. Otherwise, he'll follow you around all day and just wants to be with you and ask for pets.

Story
2+ year old, 21 lb mixed breed male dog is in search of a loving home. He is current on all vaccines and rabies vaccine and is neutered. Also has been micro-chipped. We rescued him a few months ago and love him so much, but unfortunately he is not compatible with our 3 year old granddaughter so is needing to be rehomed. Would suggest a home that doesn’t have young children. He would be wonderful for a single adult or a couple, preferably who are at home all day or often during the day. Fenced yard would be ideal, but he is currently living in a detached home with no fencing as is doing fine. Charlie is loving, playful, sleeps through the night (under owner’s bed), loves to go for walks. He’ll come to your home with his own bed, toys, food bowls, leash, food, and lots of love. Free to a good home.

Story
We got Grover 5 years ago from a family that could no longer sustain him cause they had multiple dogs and he had to defend himself throughout. Still very playful and energetic at age twelve. Vibrant, sensitive, very protective of those who care for him and in-need of as much individualized attention as possible. As long as you are devoted to this guy, he will be devoted to you. We prefer he be housed in a place that has a backyard where he can roam freely. Open, nature-like areas to take walks through, a park or parks to play in nearby, and (preferably) one person who has enough time to give him attention at least every 2 hours are things we are looking for. Though, he needs a calm environment first and foremost! That is something which we cannot provide at this time.

Story
Bruno is very playful, loves to play fetch. Eats Purina dog chow. Free feeds throughout the day. Has been losing weight and has a few skin tags in his back. Bruno is kenneled trained inside and outside. He loves playing outside but he will try to dig under the fence if there is another dog on the other side of the fence and if he’s not supervised. Bruno knows commands such as sit, shake, lay down. Do to personal reasons we are unable to keep him.

Story
Meet Rosko – Loyal, Protective, and in Need of a Special Home We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced dog owner to give Rosko the stable and loving home he truly deserves. He’s a sweet, loyal companion with a rough start in life and a few specific needs that the right person can meet. Background: Rosko came to us from a breeder who unfortunately neglected him. He was kept in a kennel for most of his early life and wasn’t socialized properly, especially around other dogs. We took him in hoping to give him a second chance, but we’ve realized that he needs more than we can provide. What He Needs: A home with no other dogs (he is territorial and does not do well with other dogs, but is fine around cats) An experienced dog owner, ideally someone familiar with American Bulldog behavior and training needs A household that is prepared to handle a protective dog; he recently acted aggressively toward a neighbor, and his new owner must be capable and cautious, and ideally has a fenced yard
