Story
This is an incredibly difficult decision, but I’ve decided that Juno needs to find a new home. She has growled at my 10-month-old son, and while I don’t believe she wants to hurt him, I can’t ignore the risk or honestly say that I feel completely safe having her around him.Other than these incidents, Juno has been a wonderful dog and a beloved member of our family. This isn’t a decision I ever wanted to make. I wish I had the time, resources, and ability to provide the training and management needed to make everyone safe, but I can’t.Juno gets along well with other dogs. I can’t say for certain how she does with cats, as she hasn’t spent much time around them.My hope is to find her a loving home where she can thrive and get the attention she deserves.Juno will be 8 years old in November ‘26. She has no known health conditions other than a few lumps that the vet has deemed non cancerous. Juno is mixed golden retriever/malamute so be prepared for any and all the hair.

Story
Teddy may be an older dog, but he has lots of energy, and he loves to play and go on walks. He is 9 years old and has always been healthy. We are running out of space in our home due to our expanding family, and are looking to move. Teddy would do best in a home with older children who understand dog boundaries, and/or with a loyal adult.

Story
I am looking for a new loving family for my Border Collie mix. She is 1 year and 4 months old and is currently located in South Salt Lake City. She is incredibly sweet, affectionate, friendly, and healthy, with no medical issues. She loves people and kids, has lots of energy, and deserves a home where she can run, play, and get the attention she needs. This has been a very difficult decision for me, but I recently moved into a studio apartment. As a very active dog, she needs more space than I can provide. I am also a single pet parent who works long hours, and unfortunately she spends too much time alone indoors. I want to do what is best for her and find a family that can give her the life she deserves.

Story
Thor is a 2-year-old, 88-lb Yellow Labrador Retriever looking for an experienced, loving home, foster, or rescue. We adopted him from the Humane Society in Murray 10 months ago and were told very little about his history other than that he was an “escape artist.” We later learned he has severe anxiety, likely from past trauma. Thor is incredibly loving, great with children, and does well with other dogs. He loves cuddles, fetch, and being with his people. However, when anxious, he panics, may bolt through doors or gates, and has a strong prey drive. He has also shown fear-based behavior when corrected in his kennel. He needs a secure fenced yard, patience, structure, exercise, and someone experienced with anxious dogs. Another friendly dog may help him feel more secure. Our family is facing an urgent move due to safety concerns, and I am pregnant with our fourth child. We recognize Thor needs more love, attention & a bit more space from what our family can provide him.
