Story
Meet the Big Hunk a sweet treat little treat from the Candy Bar Litter! This adorable pup and four siblings came into the world with a tough start — their brave mama was tragically hit by a car. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan found the babies and made sure they were safe. From there, they made the journey from New Mexico to Utah in search of loving forever homes. Big Hunk may have had a rough start in life but you’d never know it by that happy tail and gentle spirit. He’s full of puppy joy — belly rubs, zoomies, and snuggles are his specialties. Like all young pups, he’s learning the ropes of life, and his wonderful foster family is helping him discover just how amazing people can be. He’s wiggly, sweet, and adores attention — the kind of puppy who melts into your arms and makes every day brighter. While we’re still waiting for her Embark DNA results (thanks to our friends at Ollie Pet Food!), we already know one thing for sure: he is 100% delightful. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion to fill your home with joy, laughter, and puppy kisses, this Big Hunk may be your perfect match. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 4:10 pm

Story
Meet Mama Zena — The Playful, Loving Shepherd Mix Zena is a gorgeous 1–2 year old shepherd mix, weighing about 45 lbs, with a heart as big as her energy. She is smart, eager to please, and already has some great basics down — she’s potty trained, leash trained, knows “sit” and “lay down,” and has excellent recall. This fun-loving girl is all about fetch, squeaky toys, and anything that bounces. After a good play session, she turns into a total snuggle bug who wants nothing more than to curl up with her humans. Zena is currently in foster care with one of her daughters and a senior dog, and she plays beautifully with both. She has shown a little bit of resource guarding, but with consistency, structure, and reassurance, she continues to improve every day. Zena would thrive in an active home that’s ready for adventure, training, and lots of love. She’s sweet, smart, and so ready for her forever family. If you're looking for a playful companion with a loyal heart, Mama Zena is your girl.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 4:10 pm

Story
Meet Ollie This sweet little 3-month-old Bearded Collie/Black Lab mix is looking for a fresh start. Through no fault of his own, apartment life just wasn’t the right fit — but that doesn’t change what a good, loving puppy he is. Ollie is playful, curious, and already loves going on little walks. He’s had his first round of vaccines and is at the perfect age to start learning and bonding with his forever person. He’s still just a baby, which means he’ll need patience, consistency, and someone committed to raising him right. But if you’re looking for a loyal little sidekick to grow up with, Ollie could absolutely be your guy. We’re working to secure a foster for him — please message if you’re interested or share to help him land somewhere safe and stable. Let’s get this sweet boy the life he deserves.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 29, 2026, 4:17 pm

Story
Hutch had a hard beginning and was very abused and neglected, but in his foster situation he is so happy.  He does deserve the best home.  He is a big boy and a lap lover.  He gets along well with other dogs with the appropriate introductions.  He does require a fence and is very good at climbing, so chain link might be an issue.  He does not climb all the time but when he wants to play with his kennel mates in the yard or other kennels, well......he just does it.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 4:10 pm
