Story
Meet Luffy, named after Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece, and just like his namesake, he’s full of heart, adventure, and the kind of charm that wins everyone over. At first glance, some might be intimidated by his size and looks, but Luffy is here to prove that appearances can be deceiving. Beneath that big, strong exterior is a goofy, affectionate, people-loving boy who’s happiest when he’s making new friends, soaking up attention, or curling up for a cuddle after a day of fun. Luffy is still a young pup at heart and sometimes forgets just how big he is, especially when he’s bouncing around trying to play with his dog friends. He absolutely adores other dogs and is learning his manners, but due to his size and enthusiasm, he’s best suited for homes without small dogs or puppies. He’s incredibly food-motivated, which makes him a dream to train. He's smart, eager, and always ready to learn. With his joyful energy outdoors and his ability to settle in for cozy naps indoors, Luffy is the perfect mix of playful adventurer and lovable couch companion.

Story
Meet Sam — a gentle giant with a soft heart and an even softer spot for his people. This 4.5-year-old doodle mix is the kind of dog who wants to stay close, whether that means quietly walking beside you on leash or simply keeping you company throughout the day. In playgroups and introductions, Sam has shown himself to be calm, sweet, and social, greeting both people and dogs with a gentle demeanor. He enjoys toys, companionship, and seems happiest when he knows he’s included. As Sam settles into rescue life, more of his sweet and devoted personality continues to shine through. He walks beautifully on leash, loves being near his humans, and has the kind of loyal personality that makes you feel chosen. At around 80 pounds, Sam is a large dog who would love room to stretch his legs, a cozy place near his people, and adopters willing to continue helping him settle into the comforts of home life. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who just wants to be by your side, Sam may be your guy. 🐾

Meet Dash! 🐾 This long-legged sweetheart is the total package—friendly, gentle, and always excited to meet new people. Dash loves a good cuddle session, walks beautifully on leash, and gets along calmly with other dogs and animals. He's the perfect companion for adventures, lazy afternoons, and everything in between. His only request? Plenty of people time—he may let out a bark or two if left out of the fun. If you're looking for a loyal best friend with a big heart and happy smile, Dash is your guy!

Story
Meet Gracie, a sweet hound dog with soulful eyes, a charming baying voice, and plenty of personality to share. Gracie loves being with her people. Whether she's following her nose on a leisurely walk, joining you for an outdoor adventure, or curled up nearby for an afternoon nap, she's happiest when she's part of the action. She also has a soft spot for cozy beds, good scratches, and sharing her thoughts through classic hound commentary. After returning to Nuzzles, we've learned that Gracie would thrive in a home where she can enjoy being the star of the show. She would do best as the only pet and is not a match for homes with chickens, small livestock, or other small animals. In return, you'll get a loyal companion who is ready to soak up all of the love, attention, and adventures you have to offer. If you're looking for a devoted sidekick with a gentle heart, expressive eyes, and a whole lot of character, Gracie may be the perfect match.

Her little tail nub wags nonstop, and when she's really excited—which is often—her entire body joins in. She absolutely loves people and believes everyone she meets is a new best friend. Whether you're a longtime companion or a complete stranger, she'll greet you with enthusiastic wiggles, endless affection, and a smile that can melt hearts. Come by our Adoption Center today! Bumblebee can't wait to meet you!
