Dakota is one smart boy, already solving his puzzle toys and picking up on his obedience commands quickly. He's also learning how to be a house dog from his older foster sister who's taught him the pleasures of a fluffy dog bed and how to drink from the water bowl like a gentleman. He loves some couch time snuggles and affectionately accepts belly rubs from everyone he's met. Dakota is true to his breed and needs someone who is active that can help him get that working dog energy out during the day. My name is River.... I am all smiles! I am the mama of Frio and Lupita. I am about 12 to 18 months. I am a young mama. I cared for my pups well and they are thriving. And, so am I! I am a 35ish lb adorable, playful and friendly Malamute mix. I almost look like a mini husky and could even have some Klee Kai in me! I am great with other dogs and I love to romp. I am housebroken thus far (at least with access to a dog door) and I am respectful in the home. I absolutely do have some puppy in me and some puppy energy! I can be crated if needed when my people are gone. I would not be great in an apartment as I do have a little bit of that husky howl... I might be a bit too vocal for a connected home and of course, I would love a fenced in yard (in addition to leash walking - well, I just want it all!) We are unsure about cats. ASCZ hasn't had a chance to see my interaction with them. However, we suspect I might just play but we can't be 100% sure. ASCZ has also not seen me with young children so kids 8+ would be best! This gorgeous girl is so lucky to be alive! We were driving down a busy four lane highway when we spotted her run across the highway barely missing getting run down by a large box truck. She ran into the parking lot of a Dollar General so we immediately pulled into the parking lot and luckily she ran up to our van and jumped right in! We tried and tried to find her owner but to no avail. It's hard to see in the pics but she has one blue eye and one golden eye. We suspect she had a little Husky in her but we did a DNA anyway, lots and lots of breeds in her DNA, including 5% Chihuahua! She's a super mutt! Clarice is spayed, fully vaccinated, crate trained and microchipped. She is available for immediate transport PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION! ADOPTION FEE $600

Powder was found by a friend of ours on the highway as a barely 6 month pup. We started fostering her and fell in love with her, but we have other dogs, cats and 3 kids with one on the way and want to find Powder a forever home. She’s a sweet, playful, house trained dog. We got her spayed and got her all of her vaccines. She deserves a loving caring home that has the space and attention available for the temperament of a husky breed.

This is Delilah's Suki. She was born on 2/21/24. She and her siblings have been very loved in the foster home where they were born. Now it's time for them to find their Happily Ever After. The last picture is her Mom.  Suki does require dog experience and is not suitable for an apartment. From her foster Mom: Hi! My name is Suki and I’m the only brown girl in my litter. I’m also one of the smaller pups but what I lack in size I make up for in snuggles and excitement. I’m all about attention and love to run right up to my people for snuggles (also while talking and smiling my little head off).  I love to sit in my foster mommies lap and play with my teething toys. I like playing with all kinds of toys and giving and receiving as many kisses as possible.  I’ve recently learned how to come, sit, and paw but need some help with stay as I get a little excited and don’t want to leave my peoples side in the first place.  I definitely show more signs of husky than malamute and will be one amazing athlete.  When I race my siblings, I leave them in the dust!!!  I’m looking for a family that loves to love, play hard, and show me how sweet and special I am. Silas was born on 12/20/2021 to a breeder in Indiana. This was their first time breeding a Siberian husky and French bulldog so he is definitely one of a kind. He has a lot of energy and loves attention. He loves to get pet and cuddled. He loves to go running and go on hikes. He stays close if you have him off leash, making sure you’re always close by. Silas loves the outdoors, loves to just sit on the porch on the chair and relax. He loves going to dog parks and playing with other dogs. He is good with older children - he grew up with my 2 year old when they were only a few months old so he is used to younger children as well. Silas knows the commands "Sit" and "Lay down", too. Silas loves to jump up and get your attention, his favorite game is tug-of-war. He’s pretty strong for a medium sized dog so you will definitely get your work out. His favorite word is "treat" - he isn’t picky and loves them all (I haven’t gotten one he has not liked yet). I also have everything he will need for a while that can come with him. Right now Silas is spending a lot of time in a crate because there's a brand new baby in the home so the owners would like to find a new home where Silas will get more attention. Silas is NOT with 11th Hour Rescue but we are helping to network him so he can find a more suitable home.
