Husky puppies and dogs in Nyack, New York

Meet Lil Bit!! What we see is that Little Bit is an easy going girl that has melted right in to the background of the homelife of women who work from home and have 2 small dogs of their own.  She is respectful of them and is enjoying laying outside and enjoying the beautiful weather and the soft dog bed that has been offered to her.  She is crate trained and just fine.  She would love to play with the small dogs but they have refused her playful offerings.  As cute as she is, they are not interested.  The family we would love to adopt Little Bit is one that has a fenced yard and someone not gone 9 hours a day.  Shorter time gone is fine or even a work from home situation would be perfection.  She is housebroken apparently and she know how to cross her legs like a Southern Lady!   Some added weight might be good for this girl and a 55 pound healthy weight would be ideal for her.  She is a beauty.   A Husky/Shepherd mix is definitely the consensus of her breed.  She is currently 48 pounds and stunning in every way.  Please consider making this girl's Cinderella Story come true NOW!!!   Write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com        PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comOctober 22, 2026, 7:04 pm

Hercules is a handsome 2-year-old Husky with a fun, curious personality. I rescued him from a junkyard at 7 months old and have cared for him while searching for his perfect forever home. He is house trained, knows basic commands, and loves exploring.Hercules can be shy when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable and trusts you, his sweet personality really comes out. Patience, love, and a little ham(his favorite treat) go a long way!He generally does well with other dogs, although calm introductions are best, and he should be given space around food. Young children can make him nervous, so a home without small kids would be ideal. He also has a sensitive stomach and does best with special food and probiotics. Hercules would thrive with a patient, loving family who will give him the time he needs to settle in and become your loyal companion.

He would do best with an active family who can keep up with his energy and give him plenty of exercise and enrichment. If you want a loyal, entertaining, and totally unique best friend, Nanook is ready to steal your heart.

🩵 Meet Yukon — A Handsome Husky Looking for His Happily Ever After! 🩵 🐾 5 Years Old | Male | 50 lbs | Husky Those beautiful eyes. That mischievous little look. That big, playful personality. And a heart that still believes in people, even after they let him down. Meet Yukon, a gorgeous Husky with brains, athleticism, a playful spirit, and so much love to give. This boy is ready to leave his heartbreaking past behind and find the forever family he has always deserved. Could that be you? ❤️ 💔 A heartbreaking beginning… and a second chance at love Yukon and his brother, Kodiak, once had what every dog dreams of: a family, a warm bed, and a place to call home. Then one day, their family moved away and left them behind. For months, these two loyal boys stayed at the property, waiting and hoping their family would return. But the days passed, and no one came back for them. Eventually, animal control was called, and the brothers were taken to a shelter. Their story was about to end in the most heartbreaking way. They were scheduled to be euthanized, but thankfully, they were saved just one day before their scheduled date. Both boys came into our care in August 2026. Now, Yukon has a second chance at the life he deserves. All that's missing is a family who will never abandon him again. 🏡💕 🐺 A little about this incredible boy Yukon is the perfect blend of adventure buddy and affectionate cuddle companion! ✨ People? He LOVES them! Yukon is very people-friendly and enjoys being around his humans. Once he's finished playing, he'll come looking for you, ready for affection and a little cuddle time. 🐕 Dog-friendly: He gets along great with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to run, wrestle, and play with. 🐱 Cat-friendly potential: Yukon ignores cats, making him a promising candidate for a home with feline friends. 🧠 Smart as a whip: He's intelligent, learns quickly, and is eager to figure things out. This boy has brains to go with his beauty! 🦮 Leash-trained: He's ready to join you on walks, adventures, and outdoor explorations. 🏡 House-trained and crate-trained: Yukon knows his routines and even has his own ways of letting you know when nature calls! 🛏️ A lover of the soft life: Give this boy a cozy bed, a soft blanket, or a comfy spot beside you, and he'll be one happy Husky! 😂 And then there's Yukon’s silly side! Yukon is an active boy who LOVES to run and play. His famous zoomies are something to behold! He'll race around, burn off his energy, and have the time of his life. But once the zoomies are over? He comes looking for his favorite human for some love and attention. He also has a serious appreciation for air-conditioning! He'll head outside to run, play, and take care of business, then happily let himself back into the house when he's ready to cool off. This handsome boy knows how to enjoy life! And those eyes? Absolutely stunning! He may look like he's plotting a little mischief, but he's simply a clever, athletic boy with a playful sparkle and a whole lot of personality. 😍 🥾 Your next hiking partner? Yukon would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle. Think walks, runs, outdoor adventures, playtime, and exploring the world together. His ideal home would be with someone who has the time and energy to give him the exercise, companionship, and affection he needs. Another playful dog would be a fantastic bonus! If he's your only dog, opportunities for appropriate doggy daycare or supervised play with compatible dogs could help him burn off that Husky energy. A securely fenced yard would be wonderful for his zoomies and outdoor adventures, although it's not an absolute requirement if his exercise and enrichment needs can be met safely. And if you happen to live somewhere with snowy winters? Well, that would be the icing on the cake for this gorgeous Husky boy! ❄️🐾 ❤️ A little extra love and care Yukon has mild arthritis in his hindquarters. To help keep him comfortable, he needs a monthly veterinary-administered injection for inflammation and pain management. His veterinarian also recommends a daily Cosequin glucosamine and chondroitin supplement. The Cosequin chews cost approximately $60 for 250 chews. Yukon deserves a family who understands his needs and is committed to keeping him comfortable, active, and happy throughout his life. With the right care, he can continue enjoying all the things that make him such a special boy. 💌 Could YOU be the one Yukon has been waiting for? Yukon has already experienced the pain of being left behind. He spent months waiting for people who never returned, and he came frighteningly close to losing his life. Yet he remains friendly, playful, affectionate, and ready to love. He doesn't need a perfect family. He needs a committed one. A family who will give him a cozy place to sleep, take him on adventures, laugh at his zoomies, welcome his cuddles, and promise that he will always be home. He has so much life left to live, so many adventures ahead, and so much love waiting to give. Let's make sure Yukon's next chapter is the one he's always deserved. Please share his story and help us find this beautiful boy his forever home. His family is out there somewhere. Let's help them find each other. ❤️🐺 Yukon is ready for his happily ever after.
