Danica is a gorgeous Husky/Aussie mix girl with the wonderful blue eyes and riveting beauty that touches everyone’s soul when they meet her.  She landed in a small town Kentucky shelter that has a euthanization rate and we feared for her life.  Found at a Pizza place on a busy highway her owner was contacted and he opted not to come pick her up so off to the shelter she went.  She was fortunately pulled from the shelter and now has the most wonderful opportunity to gain the perfect  home and family that Critter Cavalry Rescue has promised to find. This gorgeous girl is so lucky to be alive! We were driving down a busy four lane highway when we spotted her run across the highway barely missing getting run down by a large box truck. She ran into the parking lot of a Dollar General so we immediately pulled into the parking lot and luckily she ran up to our van and jumped right in! We tried and tried to find her owner but to no avail. It's hard to see in the pics but she has one blue eye and one golden eye. We suspect she had a little Husky in her but we did a DNA anyway, lots and lots of breeds in her DNA, including 5% Chihuahua! She's a super mutt! Clarice is spayed, fully vaccinated, crate trained and microchipped.
