Koa is a smart and friendly girl, about 2 years old, weighing 50lbs. This beautiful girl has one blue eye, one brown eye, and the softest fur! Koa was found running up and down a busy road frantically. Sadly, it is believed that she had been dumped by her previous owners. This intelligent girl is eager to please and already knows all her basic commands, and is house trained. Koa is friendly with people, kids, and dogs (with slow and proper introductions). She is a high energy girl who loves to play fetch with her ball, hike, and play tug of war. She LOVES going for walks and has good leash manners. Koa also enjoys going for car rides - she is always down for a fun adventure! This happy girl would love a forever home with a fenced yard (6' fence), and a family that will commit to providing her the daily exercise/stimulation that she needs. She would enjoy going to doggy daycare or having family members who work from home, and another playful dog that she can spend time with. Koa is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Meet Evelyn, this pretty girl is 2 years old and 45lbs. She walks well on leash and crate trained. She has gotten along with every dog she has met, but small animals and cats probably aren’t a good idea. Evelyn does have a bite history, but has done very well in her time with us. She will need a large yard with a 6 ft fence. and likes to be outside most of the day. She may prefer a doggie door so she is free to roam. Evelyn is a headstrong girl, and does better when she can be free to spend her time roaming outside. Interested in becoming a forever home for Evelyn the Husky? If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Meet Tali! This 21 lb blue eye stunner is only 16 weeks old and has as beautiful of a personality as she does eyes! Tali is probably Siberian Husky but is possible she has other breeds we do not know about! It seems to be that she won't get bigger than 60 pounds but it is hard to know for sure. Tali is fun, loving, and is always eager for a friend or doggy to play with. Tali has started crate training and is doing really well as long as she is kept on a schedule. She tries really hard to make it to the potty pad every time or wait until she goes outside but as puppies go she will still need some extra training. Suki is a Husky we pulled from a Texas shelter where she was in danger of being euthanized. After arrival we discovered that she needed surgery for ingrown eyelids. We allowed her some time to settle into her new foster home before she underwent the surgery - which was a success! Now she’s all healed from her surgery and her beautiful eyes are wide open. Suki is about 59 lbs. We're unsure of Suki's exact age, and neither are the vets. She's estimated to be between 4 to 7 years old. Regardless of her age, she is energetic, loves her toys, and loves to play with her foster’s resident dog. Don’t get us wrong - she also loves to take naps in her bed so she can be sure to catch up on her beauty sleep. Suki is housebroken and doesn't require a crate. She’s walking nicely on a leash…unless she's distracted by a rabbit :) She gets along well with most dogs that she encounters on her walks. She knows the stay command. She has not been tested with cats. She loves to be loved up and will give you a thank you kiss (when you’ve earned it!). Sadly, Suki was bred too many times, resulting in some sensitivity in her belly and lower back. Consequently, she dislikes people touching these areas and prefers to initiate affection on her own terms. Due to this, we don't recommend young children to be around her, and she would be better suited to a household with older adopters. If you have experience with the breed, have patience, and lots of love to give, please consider giving Suki the forever home and family she so deserves. Suki is currently being fostered in NJ. SOS anyone know of a rescue that can rescue these puppies. Young man that has these three puppies he's facing eviction. His mother has cancer and is in hospice. He does not drive. He is facing eviction unless he gets rescue or homes for these puppies. He is trying to get back to Missouri. Camargo, Kentucky. Montgomery County. He has tried unsuccessfully for weeks to get the puppies into the shelter but they are not accepting because like most shelters they're full. If he does not find a place for them to go he and the puppies will be homeless please, if anybody can help these puppies, please contact stray hearts, animal rescue all the shelters are down here and they are cute puppies and we’re just afraid that they will be euthanized strayheartsrescue@outlook.com
