Athena's owner passed away suddenly in fall of 2025, and she has been with her owner's 81 year old mother since. But Athena needs a more permanent home. Here is a description of Athena: Athena is a beautiful Pyrenees mix born in September 2022. With her soft yellow-and-white coat and the sweetest eyes, she’ll melt your heart in seconds. Athena might give a quick bark to warn a vehicle has just pulled up, but it’s just her way of saying hello — she really just wants to be talked to and loved on. Calm, cuddly, and affectionate, she’s happiest when she’s close to her people. Athena is gentle and obedient, and her loving nature makes it impossible not to spoil her. She adored her “dog brother” Tank and often followed his lead, even if she didn’t quite match his boundless energy. Athena would be a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loyal, loving, and easygoing best friend.

Lunar is a sweet dog with a strong bark. He is protective, and his anxiety makes him uniquely quirky. For the past 3 years, we have been unable to find a rehoming resource for him as we navigate moving, physical and mental health, and financial struggles. Due to a baby in the home and our inability to provide him with the quality of life he deserves, it is in our family's best interest to find him a home better suited to his day-to-day needs. He could use a fenced backyard or a very active owner. Lunar would love to meet you! He is often boarded, so he gets along well with other dogs and unfamiliar homes.

Story

She was abandoned with her siblings. I took her when she was 8 weeks old. She is a velcro dog. She slept on my chest on the couch for 2 weeks. I have had her in puppy class every Wednesday. She is one of the smartest dogs I have ever had. I was going to have her trained as my Service dog by the VA, but I'm in and out of the hospital so much it's stressing me to the point I get sick a lot. She is an Amazing puppy. I have tried to walk her around the pet stores to get her used to people and noises, but I think whoever had her made her very scared of people. When she figured out that people aren't going to harm her she is a firecracker around u. I love her, but being a Disabled Veteran that can't keep up with her energy makes me sad. I have medical coverage at VCA Braelline Village in Peachtree City. I am willing to keep paying for her first year at this Vets office, but she must be fixed with in the first month, because she will be old enough then.

Brownie is a 6-year-old spayed female Siberian Husky who has been part of our family since she was a puppy. She is loving, loyal, playful, and enjoys being around people. She has done well with children and loves attention. Brownie can live with other pets, but she does best with slow introductions and a little time to get comfortable before interacting with them. She has limited long-distance vision, but it does not stop her from enjoying life. She gets around well in familiar surroundings and adapts quickly. Like most Huskies, she sheds year-round and enjoys regular walks and time outdoors. We are looking for a patient, loving home that understands the Husky breed and can give her the care, structure, and attention she deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for our family, but we are relocating out of the country and unfortunately cannot take her with us. Our only goal is to find Brownie a safe, stable, forever home where she will be loved and well cared for.

Lyle knows basic instructions, and he is an extremely intelligent willing learner. Lyle would be considered a big dog. His coat is short and very easy to maintain. He loves getting a bath. Potential adopter must have prior large dog knowledge, vet references, fenced yard and keep Lyle as a inside dog. No small children.

Meet Bella, a loving family pet seeking a new home. Bella joined our family during a deeply painful season as a source of comfort after our son was murdered. Within a month, we discovered she was pregnant, and she gave birth to eight puppies. Our family lovingly cared for them, provided their first vaccinations, and helped feed them when Bella became sore from nursing. Bella later formed an especially close bond with my daughter, often sleeping curled up beside her. She became a natural source of emotional support for our entire family. She is affectionate, sensitive, loyal, and deeply connected to the people she loves. After COVID, I developed severe allergies and worsening asthma. As my health continues to decline, I must find Bella another loving home. This decision is entirely health-related and is not because of anything Bella has done. She deserves to remain a cherished family member and will come with her beautiful furniture-style crate, specially chosen for our furry princess
