Story
Chico (aka Chi Chi) has a zest for life and is always ready to play! He's on the lookout for a forever home that can match his turbocharged vibes. Ideally, his new owner would be just as lively and ready for walks or fun park hangouts as he is. This clever pup is quick on the uptake, responding to his name and a whole bunch of cool commands like sit, lay down, come, and leave it. While he might start off a bit bashful, once he warms up, he's a social butterfly, eager to make friends and have a blast. And don't worry, even in his shy moments, Chico's all about love and play, no hint of aggression in sight! Age: 4 years   Weight: 55 lbs  Vetting: Neutered, up to date on vaccines, HW negative.  Temperament:  Good with dogs and probably older sturdy kids because of his energy level. Training: House-trained and knows commands For questions about Chico, please email dtv.diyora@gmail.com  To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.June 24, 2025, 2:34 pm

Story
&#226&#128&#139 Affectionate. Snuggly. Loyal. Friendly. Handsome. The list of Hudson’s amazing qualities could go on forever — but lately, one trait has really stood out: this boy is exceptionally intelligent. Hudson isn’t just a pretty face — he’s what we like to call doggie Ivy League material. At just 3 years old and 62 pounds, he’s a quick learner who thrives on mental stimulation and truly loves training. New tricks and agility games? Bring it on. Hudson lights up when his brain is engaged, and he’s happiest when he has a purpose. We believe there’s some working breed in his genes, and it shows in his focus, drive, and desire to bond deeply with his people. He’s eager to please and would thrive in a home that understands the needs of smart, active dogs and can keep him challenged with ongoing learning and enrichment. Hudson’s dream home? A family who values his intelligence as much as his cuddles. Someone who’s excited to teach him new tricks and skills. A best friend who appreciates both his active side and his heart of gold. Check out his reel: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1017875406805291     Age: 3 years    Weight: 62 lbs    Vetting: Up-to-date on vaccines, neutered and heartworm negative and on prevention    Temperament: Good with other dogs, and older, respectful kids.      Training, House trained, crate trained, knows several commands    Email for questions: sonali@doggieharmony.org    To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. June 25, 2025, 9:04 am

Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet. Leena needs attention and I think she would do well with someone that will take her for walks and play with her. Leena is such a precious girl considering her rough start in life. She was abandoned on a busy road and was almost hit by her now foster mom. She went from a scared, skiddish, untrusting girl to a happy, bouncy, can’t get enough loving little girl. Leena is a young one year old, housebroken which she picked up very quickly, crate trained, very playful. She can play by herself which is very entertaining to watch. She loves her cuddle time. Leena is a complete joy to be around. All she needs now is her forever family. Age: 1 Weight: 45 lbs Temperament: Gets along with other dogs, older sturdy kids (she's an active big puppy) Training: Housetrained? crate-trained? obedience-trained?  Vetting: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative Email for questions:    http://debbiejwharton@gmail.com To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet. Pretty Princess's story will break your heart. At just two years old, her world had been limited to a tether and a life meant only for breeding. Despite her rough start, she has the sweetest temperament. She loves every person she meets and wants to cuddle! Pretty Princes recently went into a foster home and has proven to be wonderfully low maintenance. She has adjusted to her new routine quickly. She is easy on the leash, well-behaved in the car, and does not resort to chewing or destroying anything when left alone. However, she does have reactivity toward other dogs. We are not surprised by this. She came with multiple wounds suggesting she had been attacked by other dogs. Pretty Princess is also heart worm positive and currently undergoing treatment. Do unicorns exist? We believe they do and we’re searching for one now. Pretty Princess is waiting for that special foster or adopter who is willing to keep her as an only dog. In return, Pretty Princess will shower you with love, gratitude, and cuddles. Age: 2 years  Weight: 50 lbs Temperament: Gets along with older considerate kids Training: Housetrained,  has some basic training Vetting: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm treatment paid for and underway Email for questions:      sonali@doggieharmony.org To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.November 3, 2025, 1:01 pm

Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet.Sweet Timid Jack Russell/Corgi Seeks Tender-Hearted Mama Toby is an adorable young 20 lb fella with the adventurous spirit and intelligence of a Jack Russell or Corgi. He just lacks their bravery when it comes to people, especially men. Toby can warm up to a gentle and patient woman in just a day, then reward you with forever unconditional love. He’s also more than happy to share his home with dogs, as they offer company, reassurance, and play dates. Could you find a warm place in your heart and home for this special little lad? Toby's ideal home would be with somewhat active (daily walker), adult female(s), an escape-proof set-up, and experience with shy/fearful dogs. Unfortunately, he is too much of a flight risk to go to a high-traffic home or one with children. Age: 2-3 yrs Weight: 20 lbs Temperament: Good with dogs and best suited for adult, female home Training: Housetrained, Crate-trained, Walks Nicely on Leash  Vetting: Spay/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative Email for questions: jamie@doggieharmony.org To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review.
