Meet Cookie. She is a four year-old Siberian husky mix. She has a very sweet temperament and loves to snuggle. She is a 50 pound baby that loves to be around you. She gets along with cats, dogs, and children. She hardly ever barks - I’ve been told she’s the quietest husky anyone’s ever met. She follows basic commands, such as sit, stay, shake. She is crate and house trained - she has not had a single accident in the house the past 3 months that I’ve had her. I rescued her for a disabled friend, but Cookies needs were a bit more than my friend could handle; so I took her for the interim. I am looking for a loving home for her and we just do not have the land or physical lifestyle that she deserves.

Stormi is a 4 year old Pit Bull with a sweet, friendly, and playful personality. She loves being around people and is always happy to play, but she’s just as content snuggling up with her loved ones when it’s time to relax. Stormi currently has a dog brother who she loves to play and mess around with—although she definitely likes to be the boss! She has a fun personality and enjoys having a companion to interact with. Stormi would do great in a loving home where she can get plenty of affection, playtime, and attention.

Story

Junie is a red heeler mix that is about 10 years old. She was adopted from a shelter when she was about 2 years old, and due to a decline in my physical and mental health over the past few years, I can no longer care for her the way she needs. She is up to date on shots and has been to the vet in the past year. Her back leg shakes and causes her to slip sometimes, and she has frequent accidents in the house. She also had elevated liver enzymes at her last vet visit, but I can't afford the medication and treatment that she needs. Junie is a very sweet and loving dog that loves to cuddle, but she is timid around new people, especially men. She loves kids but tends to get excited and jump on them. She may get along with other dogs, however she has been attacked before so she is very timid around animals as well. She would most likely do best as the only animal in the home. She has a scar on her side that's been there since I adopted her, but I'm not sure what caused it.

Saint is a 5 year-old Lab/Shih Tzu mix with a sweet, cuddly personality. He loves being close to the people he loves and is happiest when he can snuggle up beside you, especially with a cozy blanket. He also has a playful, energetic side and absolutely loves to run—he is super fast! Saint enjoys chewing on toys and other things, so having plenty of appropriate chew toys around is a must. He is potty trained and does well as long as he is taken outside regularly, ideally at least 3–4 times throughout the day. Saint would love a home where he can get plenty of affection, playtime, and companionship.

Just divorced and do not have the time to spend with her. Katey is a lovable dog that needs a nice home with someone who can spend more time her.She was used to living on a 7 acre, wooded area in Marion, NC, where she could run free day and night. Now I am moving and she will soon lose that freedom.Great with kids. She prresently lives with another dog and they play and wrestle, but sometimes will get into a tussle. Would do best in single dog home. Does not do well with cats. Perfect family dog for kids or older couple. We would rather have her adopted and live in a nice home.
