Hi hoomans, my name is Doli, and I'm in the prime of my life at about 11-years-old. Everyone comments on my sky blue eyes and thick husky-type hair that is every shade of gold you can imagine. My tail is like a fox's - thick, long, and curly. At 50 lbs, I am a fit and healthy girl I am very chill and quiet. That doesn't mean I don't get excited because I do! When the "hoomans" come home, I do a fun little wiggle dance to welcome them! I would be a great fit for a shared wall situation (i.e., like an apartment of townhome) since I rarely bark. I LOVE being outside and like going on walks and car rides. When I am inside, I have the very "bestest "manners. I like the security of my crate, but I don't need to be locked in. I sleep in my crate, on the floor, or in the master walk-in closet that I think is my den. I wouldn't dream of chewing up anything. Well, maybe I would DREAM it but wouldn't DO it! I am shy around new people but warm up quickly and have adjusted fine in my foster home. I am not a fan of other animals, but if I see them out, I ignore them and hope they go away! At about 7½ years old and 20–25 pounds, this little guy has already lived a lifetime of ups and downs. He was found abandoned and spent time on a county stray hold, where he was labeled “not a very nice dog.” But one caring person looked past the surface and saw something special in Joey — a dog who simply needed patience, understanding, and a safe place to land. That act of kindness brought Joey into Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, where he got a fresh start. He was adopted and loved for about a year, but the match wasn’t quite right. Joey has some strong feelings about his personal space and possessions — he guards what matters to him and can get defensive if he feels cornered or pressured. Hi there. My name is Ceelo Green. I feel so lucky to have become an Angel. Some friendly people decided I was such a sweet, good boy that I was rescued from the shelter. They think I have some Black Lab in my mix. But all I know is I have a silky black coat, white-speckled nose, and white-speckled paws. I am 8 years old and weigh about 55 pounds. I LOVE being around my humans so much that I try to sit on their laps so they stay with me longer. I hear the word Velcro a lot. I also love to give hugs and gentle kisses. Even though I am 8, like I said, I am a young 8. Throw a ball or a toy, and I love running after it and bring it back. When I am really excited, my foster mom says I can bounce like a kangaroo. I love to play with other dogs, but I prefer to be the only dog to live with you - I can't help that I like all of your attention at home. I am a good boy. I don’t chew things that are not given to me. I am house-trained and will spend time in my crate when needed. I know the command to sit and will give you my paw or hug you. I enjoy resting beside my people, relaxing, and running in the yard. I hope to find a forever home where I can get lots of attention, maybe a fenced yard to run around.
