Story
With heavy hearts, we're seeking a loving home for Rocky, our 2.5‑year‑old neutered male. Rocky has grown up with young children and is wonderfully gentle, patient, and loyal. He's fairly calm, loves fetch and relaxing near his people, and politely signals when he needs space. Potty/crate trained, up to date on vaccines, and on monthly Simparica Trio, Rocky responds well to patient, consistent training. He is crate trained and potty trained. He can be independent but will come up to you for a hug when he needs some affection. Importantly, he'll need careful introductions to unfamiliar dogs and would likely do best as a solo family dog. We're heartbroken but committed to helping him transition safely. Rocky deserves a home where he can be cherished and loved.

Story
My pet Luna is 2years and 3months old. I brought her home with me after an abandonment when she was 4 months old. She is very sweet and loving. She's a homebody and enjoys cuddling up on the sofa with me. She's very sensitive to noises and will hide when she hears loud sounds. Luna rarely barks. She loves to play with her toys and enjoys lots of attention. I just want to know she is safe, loved and well-taken care of. She deserves it.

Story
**Home for the Holidays adoption special.  Half price adoption fee through December 31st Meet Kalina - Your Gentle, Goofy Soulmate in Waiting Age: 6 years, Breed: Bloodhound, Personality: Sweet, Shy, Loyal Kalina is a big, velvety-eared, sweetheart with a gentle heart and a sensitive soul. At six years old, she’s past the puppy chaos, but still full of curiosity and that classic Bloodhound charm. Kalina has spent her life relying on the comfort of other dogs, so she must go to a home with at least one confident canine friend. Other dogs help her feel safe, show her the ropes, and bring out her most relaxed, happy self. This girl is shy when she first meets new people and may take a little extra time to trust. She’s not the kind of dog who will rush into your lap on day one. Kalina is looking for someone who understands that the best relationships are built slowly. She may not be the “perfect” pet for everyone, but she’s hoping to find the perfect person: someone patient, gentle, and willing to let her  bloom at her own pace. With kindness, consistency, and a canine companion by her side, Kalina will reward you with quiet loyalty, tender moments, and the deep, steady love only a hound can give. If you believe every dog deserves to be seen for who they are and you have room in your home and heart for a shy soul ready to trust again, Kalina would love to meet you. An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online.  http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms   Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
Isabella Softie - 2 years old, 7 pounds (Female, Long-Haired Chihuahua)   Meet Isabella Softie, a rough around the edges, long-haired Chihuahua. At just 2 years old and 7 pounds, she’s gentle, affectionate, and full of quiet sweetness. Isabella loves staying close, whether she’s curled in your lap or following you from room to room. Her skin is healing from a flea allergy and her coat will be beautiful again in no time!   Most importantly, Isabella is bonded to her best friend, Charmin Softie, a 6.5-pound, smooth-coated gentleman, who brings out her confidence and joy. These two adore each other and find comfort in being together, so they’re looking for a home where they can stay side by side.   If you’re ready for a loving, devoted pair, Isabella Softie will melt into your arms and Charmin will be right there with her. Story
**Home for the Holidays adoption special.  Half price adoption fee through December 31st Meet Suncrest – Sweet, Smart, and Ready for a Fresh Start!    Suncrest is a lifelong Angel who entered foster care as a puppy in 2018 and was adopted into a loving home. After several happy years, he was sadly returned — but with some anxiety and leash reactivity. But don’t let that hold you back — this boy is full of heart and potential!   Since returning, Suncrest has started professional training and is receiving medication to help calm his busy mind. He’s responded wonderfully, especially given his limited time and environment. But with consistency, structure, and a steady supply of cheesy treats (his favorite!), Suncrest is eager to keep growing in a calm, committed home.   He’s looking for an experienced, dog-savvy person who can continue his training and provide the stability he needs. While he’s not suited for first-time dog owners, in the right hands, he will truly shine. Want to be Suncrest’s hero? We’d love to set up a meet-and-greet with you and your resident dog(s)!
