Story
Hi there—I’m Goose! Yep… a dog named Goose. Pretty funny, right? 🐾 I’m a young pup with quite the story. I was found all alone in a big, scary forest by a kind-hearted mail carrier. She and one of her customers searched high and low to find my family—but it turns out, no one was looking for me. Lucky for me, she made sure I stayed safe and didn’t have to go to a shelter! Now I’m settling into my new surroundings and getting braver every day. I’ve even made fast friends with her four dogs—who are way bigger than me, by the way! I may be small, but I’ve got a big heart and a playful spirit. I am crate trained, playful & love other dogs. If you’ve got room in your home (and your heart) for a sweet, adventurous little guy like me… I’d love to meet you. 💛 If you'd like to find out more about making this gorgeous pup a member of your family & to see whether (s)he would be a good fit in your home, please fill out our adoption form here: https://airtable.com/shrlL2pbqSGTRJiyc *If you live in rented accommodation, please familiarise yourself with the property management's pet policy. Our adoption fee covers an initial comprehensive veterinary examination, age-appropriate vaccinations, a heartworm test, (for dogs > 12 months), parasite screening with treatment if needed, flea/tick treatment if needed, microchip, spay/neuter, heartworm preventative medication, (for dogs > 3 months) plus any other medication or treatment needed up until the day they are adopted. *The breed mixes listed are an educated guess, based on both temperament and appearance*

Story
Sweet Georgia is grieving; she lost her octogenarian owner last week & is feeling lost. She is a sweet, calm girl who is house-trained, has polite leash manners & gets along with other dogs & cats. She doesn't have experience with children but with her lovely temperament we believe she would be great with children 8+. She is spayed & has just had all her vaccines updated, fecal & heartworm tested (negative). She will go to her new family with a 6-month supply of heartworm, flea & tick preventatives! Georgia is around 50lbs & her family believe she is a Lab/Whippet mix (Labet? Whippador? LOL) What we know for sure is that she is an absolute Lovehound & will be a lovely companion. Can you heal this sweet girl's heart? This is a courtesy posting to ensure this pup lands in a great home & her adoption fee is minimal. The rescue will reach out to veterinarians, references, and property managers, as we would for dogs in our program. However, the adoption will be a private agreement between the carer and the adopter. The carer will provide all records at the time of adoption. If you'd like to find out more about making this gorgeous doggy a member of your family and to assess better whether (s)he would be a good fit in your home, please fill out our adoption form here: https://airtable.com/shrlL2pbqSGTRJiyc *If you live in rented accommodation, please familiarise yourself with the property management's pet policy before applying. All breed mixes listed are an educated guess; we didn't meet mom or dad!

Story
Primrose (Rosie) 5 year old fawn Min Pin 6.5 lbs. Docked tail, natural ears Fully vetted Available in the metro Atlanta area Rosie is a tiny bundle of energy who has 2 speeds... Asleep or bouncing everywhere. She is crate trained. Due to her tiny size, she needs to go out every few hours. I was told she used pee pads to an extent in her prior home as well. She will do anything for food, so working with her is quite easy. She loves meeting new people and is completely loyal to her people. She constantly wants to be held or play. Rosie, without question, needs to be an only dog. We have tried to work with her on coexisting with other small dogs, but it is clear she has no desire to do that. No kids under the age of 10 due to her size. We prefer Rosie to have a secure fenced yard because that is all she has known her entire life. She does not want to do her business on leash. If interested in adopting Rosie, please complete our adoption application at: http://tinyurl.com/mpmrapp Note: All pets in the home must have a verifiable vet reference and must be spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and on heartworm prevention.

Story
Hello, this is Mowgli! He is a 20 year old Chihuahua-Pomeranian mix. He has been in our family for about 15 years, however, we now are very busy and don't have the time we need to take care of him anymore. Especially now that he's very old with arthritis and not potty trained. He spends his entire day in one of our bathrooms because he can't control his bladder or bowels and we are usually always at work. Despite his age, Mowgli has a very resilient spirit. He still loves to eat and accepts any and all affection. He needs a loving, caring home that will give him the attention, affection and care that he needs during the last few years of his life.
