Story

Ollie is actually the pet of a relative and is a dog I've known for over a decade now. He sadly needs immediate rehoming. He has been suddenly abandoned and left without a home or secure future after living with the same person for all of his life - for no fault of his own. I just don't have the capacity to take him in right now with a toddler and 2 large dogs. The owner transferred ownership to me so that I can find him an new home. My heart is breaking for him and I only wish for him to have some compassionate love and care in his final years of life. He is a sweet old guy who just wants to chill and cuddle with his trusted person.In the pictures, he is the Black pit/lab mix. I don't have many pics of him alone because he usually is cuddled up to or right next to my dogs when he has visited me.

Meet Max! 🐾❤️ Max is my sweet, energetic, and lovable 5-year-old fur baby! He may be a big boy, but he is truly a big baby at heart. He’s full of personality, loves affection, and has so much love to give. I originally welcomed Max into my life as an emotional support dog, and he helped me through my very first pregnancy. Since then, he’s been more than just a dog. He’s been my companion, my comfort, and honestly, my first child. Unfortunately, both my son and I have developed difficulties with allergies to his fur, which has led me to make the heartbreaking decision to find him a new home. This decision has not been easy because Max is truly part of our family. I’m looking for a loving, patient, and responsible family who will give Max the attention, affection, and care he deserves. I would love for him to have a home where he can enjoy his playful energy while still being spoiled like the big baby he is. My biggest hope is to find someone who will love Max just as much as I do.

Car trips are required. I am from a very loving home and been well taken care of. I just need a little more time spent with me and someone that likes to have a dog to tag along. I really shouldn’t be trusted around small dogs or cats but I do listen very well and love to please my owner. I DO NOT use the bathroom in the house!

He appears to be in good condition. He is heartworm negative. He is current on vaccines. He is leash broken. He was picked up stray by an animal control officer on 9/23/26; hold expires 9/26/26. Meds: heartworm negative, bordetella/parainflueaza, pyrantal deworm, flea spray, distemper/parvo. Jackson Brown #24708 is a handsome 4-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix with a beautiful brown-and-white coat, a big friendly personality, and plenty of love to share. At 65.5 pounds, he’s a large boy with an equally large heart! Here at Walton Co Animal Control, Jackson has shown himself to be friendly and well socialized. He’s also comfortable walking on a leash, making him a nice companion for someone who enjoys getting outside and taking a stroll together. He has tested heartworm negative, too. Jackson is at that wonderful age where he’s past the puppy crazies but still has plenty of fun and companionship to offer. We can easily picture him enjoying crisp fall walks, relaxing with his people afterward, and becoming a much-loved member of the family.

Meds: 7/17/26 Parvo test negative, pyrantal deworm, bordetella, capstar, DAPPv, 1-year rabies (at GCAW); 10/6/26 bordetella/parainfluenza.
