Meet Kona — the little runt who wasn’t supposed to make it. Kona is a 2-year-old AKC-registered Samoyed with a pretty incredible story. She came from a puppy mill situation, where she was the runt of the litter and barely survived. At one point, things were bad enough that they believed she might have to be put down. But Kona fought.That tiny puppy who struggled just to survive grew into an incredibly sweet, loving dog. She is super friendly with children, gets along with other dogs, and genuinely enjoys being around people. Considering where her life started, it’s pretty amazing to see how much love and trust she has for people today. This is not a rehoming because Kona has done anything wrong. I simply have too many dogs and have reached the difficult point where I need to find the right home for some of them. Kona deserves a family where she can receive plenty of individual attention and be loved for the special dog she is. She's small for a Samoyed. I'd estimate 30 pounds.
