Story
Ravenna was adopted as a tiny 8 to 9-week-old puppy… just a baby with her whole life ahead of her. Years later, she was found again—alone, roaming as a stray, her skin in rough shape, clearly having been through more than any dog should. And yet… somehow, Ravenna is still Ravenna. Still silly. Still full of personality. Still ready to love like nothing ever broke her. This girl is a one-of-a-kind mix—Bull Terrier, Husky, maybe a little Bulldog—and you’ll see it immediately. The dramatic “talking back” screams when she wants attention, the hilarious tippy-tappy toes when she’s excited, and yes… the moments where she gets “mad” at you and turns her whole butt in your direction like a stubborn toddler 😊And her eyes… one blue, one brown. They don’t just look at you, they pull you in. Ravenna is independent and loves to explore, but no matter what, she comes when you call. Every. Single. Time. She’ll run right up, lean into you, and wait for her favorite thing in the world—butt scratches. That’s all she needs to be happy. She greets new people with big jumps (her version of a hug), and on walks… you’ll want a good grip on that leash. She’s strong, and if she spots something to chase, she’s ready! A Freedom Harness works wonders. Now fair warning—if you see other dogs, Ravenna will put on a show. The Bull Terrier in her comes out loud and proud—excited screams, dancing feet… it can look like chaos to strangers. But those who know the breed? They see exactly what it is: pure, goofy joy. Because that’s Ravenna. Loud. Dramatic. Hilarious. Loving. She can be selective with dog friends, and she’ll need someone who understands her quirks—but for the right person, she is everything. After everything she’s been through… she’s still choosing to trust, to love, to be silly. She deserves someone who chooses her back. Forever this time. Come meet Ravenna. She’s been waiting for you. Ravenna is 7 years old, 60lb Bull Terrier mix. She is looking for a family who understands Bull Terriers, who will laugh at her silly displays and be amused by her. Kids are welcome but beware; she can knock them over with her exuberance.

Story
Live alone? Need a ‘protector’ of sorts? Moose is the best man for the job! He would like to submit his application now. He’ll gladly take just room and board (he’s a food whore, will eat anything in your fridge) and lots of love for the job! Moose has a fierce loyalty to the people he loves. He is extremely affectionate and loving. He does not skim on kisses He loves laying next to his people, just chilling and being in the moment with them. Outside, he loves to play fetch. He’ll play fetch until the cows come home. This boy brings the ball back and patiently waits for it to be thrown again. He also chases birds and small animals so no cats for Moosey Goosey! Moose loves the outdoors. He’ll literally hang out outside all day if you let him. Moose is 4.5 years old, 75lb Mix breed. He is looking for an adult only home due to his initial distrust of people he does not know. Moose is terrified of the world. He is hoping his new family will be patient and show him how to trust. He yearns to be understood, gain confidence and freely love and trust. He is fiercely loyal and protective of the ones he loves but getting there is a journey. The end results is so rewarding, though. You will be so loved, and you will never feel scared or alone again. A fenced yard is a must.

Story
Looking for a furry friend for your kiddos? Luna may just be that friend! Luna thinks she is one of the kids. She hangs out with the kids, playing dress up, napping together, or just chill while the kids do their thing. She loves it if the kids switch things up and play fetch with her. She brings the ball back 😊 She is happy to show off her athleticism if the occasion calls for it. She’ll entertain herself with a toy or a chewbone if the kids want to do their own thing. She loves their companionship. She likes them even better if they drop crumbs or food on the floor :) Once, at a park, Luna stood in between an unsuspecting child and an unfriendly dog and gently guided the child out of harm's way of the unfriendly dog. Luna also has a knack for socks. She is a pro at stealing socks, but only to lay in them. If you are missing a sock, it is most likely in her crate. Luna loves car rides. She’ll be over the moon if she can pick up the kids from school with you. Luna is good with dogs too but certainly prefers her little humans 😊 Luna does not chime in if dogs bark at her on a walk. She carries on her walk quietly. Loud noises, random chaotic movements do not bother her. Although Luna is neutral to dogs, she prefers to be the only dog due to a previous unprovoked attack by another dog. Luna is 5 years old, 55lb Staffy. She is looking for a family with kids she can hang out with. Luna is house and crate trained.

Story
This kid is an absolute riot! He is a year old going on 3 months! Those long, clumsy legs of his gets him places so swiftly he’ll probably knock you down if you are in his way :)He is full of enthusiasm, playfulness, joy and absolute glee :) Every day is a good day for JuJu. Every day you will find JuJu romping around, exploring all he can explore, taking in all the sniffs and sights. When JuJu isn’t exploring, he is snuggling right next to you. He is noticeably more comfortable with women than men. Perhaps there was some mistreatment in his past by a man? Treats with slow approach seems to be the trick at initial meets with men. Watch the puppy in him come out and soon his innate bouncy, happy self comes alive :) JuJu is 4-year-old, 80lbs Boxer Staffy mix. He is looking for an active home where his silly, bouncy, enthusiastic ways are embraced, cuddles and snuggles afterwards are met. JuJu has so much potential to be dynamite. He is a shiny star. He wants to shine with you.

Mocha

Alaskan Malamute Collie

Female, 6 yrs

Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
If there was a doggie beauty pageant, Mocha would win it, hands down. Look at her. So regal, stunning, graceful, and a social butterfly. Mocha knows it too. She loves getting attention from people. She goes from person to person to solicit attention and pets. She will even nudge you to give her pets and attention. After she has her fill, she goes off to do her own thing, leaving you hanging :D She isn’t too fond of young children. Their random quick movements and chatter disrupt her love for space and quiet. Outdoors, she isn’t so bothered by it but indoors, she prefers adults because she knows she can get pets and attention on her terms :) Mocha is wonderful with dogs. She likes to play chase and tug with dogs. If a dog isn’t available and she’s bored, she may chase her tail for entertainment. She also loves to play with water hoses. True to her breed, Mocha is a good walker. She has the stamina and endurance for long walks. Mocha whines if she needs to use the bathroom. If you are too slow in reading her signals, she nudges the door :) Other cute things Mocha does, she howls at sirens, she loves to bake, well, more like she likes to play with flour, she hates paper and blankets. We are guessing blankets make her too hot because of her already thick coat. Oh, did we mention Mocha loves her doggie treats? She eats them fast, but never with her meals. Mocha is 6 years old, 62lb Malamute Collie mix. She is looking for a quiet home with older children. A family who enjoys walks and couch cuddles would make her very happy. A home with no other dog is preferred as Mocha does not like to share her humans with other dogs :/ She has a luscious coat that needs to be brushed every day. She tolerates grooms but does better if there aren’t any other dogs in the same grooming room. She is shy at being seen naked :D

Story
Greg is a 2½ year-old, 80 lb. shepherd mix with giant satellite ears and a love for adventure. Whether he's chasing dandelion fluff, patrolling the yard for house flies, or sniffing every inch of the trail, Greg approaches life with curiosity and enthusiasm. He'd make an excellent hiking buddy and is always up for a car ride to the next adventure. Greg is a social butterfly with other dogs and loves making new friends at the dog park. He can get a little overexcited when meeting new people or dogs and may jump to say hello, but once he settles in, he's an affectionate companion who just wants to be by your side. On walks, he'll even nuzzle your hand to politely ask for ear scratches. At home, Greg is house-trained, crate-trained (though he'd much rather be on the couch), and trustworthy when left out—he'll simply wait patiently for you to come home. He is very smart and knows basic commands and is always happy to show them off in exchange for treats. When the day is done, his favorite place is curled up next to his people, soaking up all the pets and snuggles. Greg is looking for a relatively quiet home with an enclosed yard, older children, and plenty of time for both outdoor adventures and couch cuddles. While he can tolerate cats, a cat-free home would be best. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will happily follow you anywhere, Greg is ready to be your best friend.
