Story
Angel is a very sweet, playful dog that has been with us for over 2 years. Angel currently transitions between three different foster homes and they all love her so much. They would love to see her in her permanent home. Angel loves everyone she meets. She is an active girl that still acts like a puppy. So why has Angel been with us so long? Unfortunately, Angel was born with a heart defect- Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA)- She had surgery to repair her heart in July 2021. Although the surgery was unsuccessful at the time, Angel has found her miracle! At her last appointment, her heart murmur was almost unnoticeable. Because of this, she is able to come off some of her medication and we are slowly transitioning her off her special food. Her doctor has told us Angel should live a full, healthy life! Angel will need to continue to be on some medication long term and will need yearly appointments to check her heart. Her medication will cost about $170 a month. Angel would prefer to be the only animal in your home, but wouldn't mind living with children. If you are interested in meeting this sweet Angel, please call Rachael at 440-773-0270.

How cute is Kira? She is a recent graduate from our prison training program and knows all her basic commands. She can sit, down, heel, stay, leave it, come and place. Her handler has only good things to say about her. Kira can be a little shy at first but once she gets to know you she is a very faithful companion. She is playful and loves to run and play fetch. She loves to lay around and cuddle, play outside, rarely barks and loves bath time. Kira is currently located at Grafton Reintegration Center. Story
RooRoo is an amazing boy who just graduated from our prison training program. He loves to play with other dogs and when he's done showing off the obedience commands he knows, he's sure to make you laugh with his silly antics. Roo is nervous in new situations so he will need a family with some patience that will give him time and space to settle in his own pace. We think he would do well in a home with another friendly dog. His handler at Grafton Reintegration Center wrote a little bio for him: RooRoo is my name and I'm almost 2 years old. I'm good with other dogs and I know how to sit, down, stay, come, leave it, heel and place. I listen to my people, love attention, I'm potty trained and also enjoy bath-time. RooRoo is currently located in one of our loving foster homes, if you would like to set up an appointment to meet him please text his consultant, Laura: 330-441-0813

Story
Chance is a recent graduate of our Prison Training Program where he learned all of his basic obedience including sit, down, stay, come, heel, place, and leave it. Chance is a young boy with lots of energy and loves to play. Chance can be very selective with his dog friends and we think he will do best as the only dog in his forever home or with a dog that he doesn't feel intimidated by. He is very affectionate and loves to snuggle. He seems to be housebroken and is also crate trained. Chance would love for you to take a chance on him. Come visit him during our open hours!

Story
Hey there, folks! Are you ready for some fun and adventure? Well, look no further because I'm Oakey, the handsome and friendly 3-year-old Shepherd who's ready to be your partner in crime! Oh, squirrel! Did you see that? I can't help but get excited and want to chase after those furry critters. It's just in my nature! I'm a playful and energetic boy who's always up for a good time. Now, I have to admit, I can be a bit strong on the leash, but don't worry! With a little bit of training, I can easily master that skill. The volunteers who walk me say I'm already improving, so that's a PAWsome sign! I'm a dog who's all about the fun and the active lifestyle. I'm ready to go on exciting adventures with my new family! Whether it's hiking, running, or playing fetch in the park, count me in! I'm here and PAWSITIVELY ready to be your loyal companion. Now, let's talk about other furry friends. I'm not quite sure how I would do around other pets, so if you have a dog at home, I'll definitely need to meet them before I can be adopted. We want to make sure we're a good match, right? I have to tell you, though, I'm such a sweet boy. I have lots of love to give and can't wait to find my forever family. I do show some signs of food guarding, so it's best if the family has kids that can respect my eating times. I have met kids before and I was very good with them when I met them! You can meet me at the Berea ARF shelter during their open hours. I'll be eagerly waiting to meet you! So, what do you say? Will you be the one to come and love me? I'm ready to embark on this new chapter of my life with you by my side. See you soon!

Story
Osito is like a fine wine, he gets better with age! Osito is a sweet laid back boy. He loves his bed and doesn't mind his crate. Although he has had a few accidents in his foster home, they say he is pretty much housebroken. Osito walks really well on a leash, but does like to jump up to greet you, so would do best with older children he won't accidentally knock over. Osito does get along with most other dogs. If you are interested in meeting Osito, call his consultant Rachael at 440-773-0270 to schedule and appointment
