Story

Bella is an incredible dog! Bella is loyal, protective and loving. She’s a great protector! When we found her she was being tied to a pole and her owners left her. We were going for a walk in the park and o truly believe that was the start of her separation anxiety. She suffers from really bad anxiety. Bella does great with other pets, she loves to run and play and is a high energy dog. Would do great in a fenced in yard. Because Bella is so protective she doesn’t like to see play fighting or any type of hitting. I have recently had a little boy as we have 3 children now and Bella doesn’t really seem to care for smaller children. Once they’re older she’s okay but as younger babes and crawling and such she doesn’t seem to handle them well. Bella is a great guard dog. She really is a great dog and it makes me sad to rehome her but at this time we just can’t keep her.

Hi! I am looking to rehome Ellie who is just over 6 months. Ellie is my nieces dog, but she can no longer take care of Ellie due to just having her third baby and with having to work she doesn’t have the time to train and give her the attention she needs. Ellie has had her first vaccine. She is not potty trained or any kind of trained really. She is skiddish towards new people but once she warms up she is very sweet! She is not aggressive and is very good with kids! Ellie is a mixture of husky, shepard, pitbull mix.

5 years old. Harley is not good with small dogs. He is very playful and jumps on them and hurts them. He is perfect with cats and even tiny kittens. He absolutely loves children and loves to play. I am recently widowed and had to go back to work full time. I am not able to monitor him constantly with my senior tiny pups anymore. It’s very stressful for me. And he needs more interaction. It’s not fair to him 🥹

Story

This is Sugar, a 7-year-old hound/shepherd mix I adopted from the Pound when she was about a year old. She has been my best friend for years, but with recent life changes and now having a young child, I can no longer give her the life and environment she needs. Sugar is very loving, loyal, and sweet with my wife and me. She has plenty of energy and loves to run, so she’d do best with someone active who can spend time with her. That being said, she does come with some challenges and needs the right fit: She does not take well to men. She’s generally done well with women but has shown protective behavior in our home, including attempting to bite when strangers (men) come in. She lives with two other dogs now, but it took a long adjustment period and she started fights. She was food aggressive at first, so we’ve always fed separately. Ideally, she would thrive as an only dog. She has done ok with our baby so far, but I don’t feel I can fully trust her around young children long-term.

Raja is a sweet 6 year old rescue Pitbull mix. Unfortunately her last home made her distrustful of men and anxious. She is reactive to noises like car doors even after training and the area we are in is not good for her on this front. We have tried multiple OTC and prescription anxiety meds but they all seem to work for a few weeks and then stop. We love her to death but we no longer think we are the right home for her.
