Story
Meet Mabel! She’s a 1-year-old hound mix weighing about 26 pounds, and she’s as sweet as she is playful. Mabel loves spending time with both her human friends and her doggie pals, bringing joy and energy into every room she enters. Mabel enjoys romping around the yard, chewing on toys, and snuggling up with her people. She’s crate-trained, housebroken, and knows “sit.” She loves meeting new people and has done wonderfully with kids of all ages at events. With new dogs, she needs slow introductions, but once she feels comfortable, she enjoys playing and cuddling with familiar canine friends. An adopter committed to continuing positive training with dog introductions will be the best fit for her. Mabel has not met cats yet. She is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.  Adoption Fee: $250 Ready to Make Mabel Part of Your Family? Begin by completing an adoption application at www.rescue330.org. ##2487869##

Story
Meet Lydia! This 7-year-old boxer mix is the perfect blend of wiggles, smiles, and sweetness! Lydia has all the classic boxer charm — she’s friendly, affectionate, and full of happy energy. Lydia loves people of all ages and is always ready to make new friends. Whether she’s at the vet or out at an event, she’s a social butterfly who wins hearts everywhere she goes. She’ll sit patiently for pets and might let out a soft little whimper if she thinks she’s being ignored — she just loves attention that much! Lydia gets along well with the male dogs she’s met and the puppies in her foster home. She can be selective with female dogs, and her reaction to cats is unknown. She’s both crate trained and housebroken, making her an easy addition to your home routine. Before joining Rescue330, Lydia was living outside in West Virginia. Thanks to some kind rescuers, she’s now safe, loved, and ready for her forever home. She’s received excellent veterinary care, including being spayed and having some masses removed. Her most recent surgery revealed that two were benign and one was a low-grade mast cell tumor with clean margins — wonderful news! Lydia is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $200. Apply today at www.rescue330.org to make this sweet, smiley girl part of your family! ##2511861##

Story
Meet Darla! She’s a 1-year-old shepherd mix with a gentle soul and a kind heart. While she can be shy in new situations, she’ll win you over with her sweet and tender kisses. At around 35 pounds, she’s working on gaining a bit more weight, but her loving personality is already fully formed. Darla is a kind, affectionate girl who enjoys playing chase with other dogs, exploring the yard, and relaxing at your feet. She gets along well with other dogs and especially loves running and playing with them. She knows “sit,” walks nicely on a leash when she’s feeling confident, and may occasionally jump up when excited—but she’s never pushy. She is, however, not a fan of the vacuum! A calm and patient home would be the ideal match for her gentle nature. When meeting new people, Darla may be shy at first but warms up quickly—often within the hour. She just needs a little time to assess her new friends. She hasn’t met cats yet, and slow introductions are recommended. Darla is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. Adoption Fee: $250 Ready to Meet Darla? Start by completing an adoption application at www.rescue330.org. ##2603208##

Story
Meet Cornbread! This tiny 8-pound yorkie mix may be small in size, but he’s big on love. Estimated to be around 3 years old, Cornbread arrived at Rescue330 very shy and unsure. It took two full days before he trusted his foster enough for a gentle touch — and now the two are inseparable. Once Cornbread picks his person, he’s all in. Cornbread’s favorite place in the world is your lap. He loves being close, being carried, and simply being with YOU. He also enjoys chew toys and spending time outside, especially when the weather is warm. This little guy is crate-trained and housebroken. He’s had a few accidents, but that’s completely normal while adjusting to a new environment. Cornbread is indifferent to the other dogs in his foster home — he’s not bothered by them, but they’re not his priority. His heart belongs to his human, so a home with no other dogs is ideal. Because of his easygoing nature around dogs, he may do well with a cat, though he hasn’t met any in our care. Cornbread has not met children. If you’re looking for a devoted, pint-sized companion who will be your shadow and your snuggle buddy, Cornbread might be the perfect match. Cornbread is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $300. Apply today at www.rescue330.org! ##2598904##

Story
Meet King! King is a 5-year-old, 50-pound Lab mix with a heart of gold and the sweetest, most gentle soul. This handsome guy loves humans just as much as he loves his dog friends — maybe even more! His favorite game? Shadow. That’s right… King’s happiest when he’s following his people around the house, just making sure he doesn’t miss a moment with his favorite humans. King is great with people, dogs, and even cats, making him a wonderful fit for many types of families. He’s house trained and crate trained, and he’s an absolute cutie when taking treats — so gentle and polite. He does have a bit of that Lab enthusiasm on walks and may pull, so a little leash-training tune-up will help him shine even brighter. A few things to know about this sweet boy: King is terrified of fireworks, so he’ll need a calm home and a family ready to comfort him during loud nights. He can be pretty high-energy and loves playtime, but he’s also submissive, friendly, and eager to please. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion who just wants to be by your side, King will happily claim that throne in your home — and in your heart.  King is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $250.
