Story
Phoenix has been with us since a puppy. Pure breed, but no papers. She is a loving dog to her owners and familiar people. Loves, and I mean Loves to catch and return a frisbee. Tons of energy and a great dog in an open setting without other dogs. When we are in an open setting (10s of acres of space) then she remains at the house and perfect companion. She has nipped (small cuts) at strangers that get too close to her . face without much warning. We have a 4 year old and young neighbors now. She will attack some unknown dogs/cats that come into her property. She is up to date on rabies shots and yearly. Tested, no heartworms. Good health. This dog goes from a perfect great companion to an overly protective dog. Having neighbors/kids that want to play with her face may result in a warning snap from the dog. She warns and backs off. Will only allow adoptions with the right environment. She has had 3 light seizures in the past 2 years. Unknown cause.

Story
Sugar may be a special needs girl, however, the emphasis is on the word 'Special.' To know this girl is to love her! Despite her diabetes and blindness, she is a happy, extremely loving and lovable dog. She just wants to have a family or person to love and cherish her. It may take her a moment to warm up to some men, but it's all about smooches from there on out! Sugar loves car rides and rides quietly and well, she likes to be by someone and does well on a leash. She would prefer to be the only pet, though, and would need a home where someone is at home much of the time. This girl is well worth the time and effort! Massillon, OH
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Spayed or Neutered,
Story
If you have an active outdoor lifestyle, Simba is the perfect companion. Simba is a professional at playing fetch! When he's not playing fetch, he keeps himself occupied outside with his favorite ball. He would be the perfect match for someone who loves taking long walks, hiking and trips to Dairy Queen for some ice cream! The word 'BALL' gets him super excited, so be ready to play! Simba was found emaciated and had been abandoned by his previous owner, so a home where he is the only pet would be best. He deserves all the attention and love. He is neutered, up to date on shots, house trained, kennel trained and does well on a leash. All Simba needs is his forever person, a forever home and a fenced in backyard.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Hopper! His name does fit him as he tends to jump when he gets excited. He is working on learning to leave his rabbit side behind, but would do best in a home with no small children at this time because he is unaware of his size at times. Hopper is an old soul who has seen alot in this life and is ready for a fresh start. This sweet fellow mostly enjoys being inside on the couch, but also enjoys spending time outside with his people. Can we talk about that adorable face?! it just begs to be squished. If you are looking for a couch potato to snuggle with, look no further than Hopper.

Story
Oh, Mona, could you be any sweeter? This sweet girl made the long journey from the south where she was slated for euthanasia due to being heartworm positive. She is now living the good life at the rescue. Don't let her heartworm diagnosis scare you away. Mona has begun treatment and the rescue will continue to pay for her heartworm treatment. Mona is definitely a girly girl and loves to be dressed up in pretty dresses. This sweet girl loves people and hates to be away from them. She is the definition of a velcro dog. Mona is spayed, up to date on vaccines and housebroken. If you are looking for the perfect snugglebug, look no further than Mona.
