Story
Louie is about 8 months old now, I’ve had him since he was about 8 weeks old. He is a very energetic, loving puppy and I’m looking for a good home for him. He was gifted too me but as I’m a 19 year old full time student, working full time, and living alone I feel as though I can’t give him the proper attention and care he deserves. He gets along with all cats and dogs from what I’ve seen, and does well with kids as well. He loves to cuddle, run outside, and chew his bones. He needs some more training but as of right now he is very comfortable with the sit command, is crate trained, and house trained.

Story
George is a 13 year old terrier mix that we adopted 5 years ago from the Humane Society while living in Michigan. He was listed for adoption at that time as his previous owner was no longer able to care for him due to her own medical limitations. Despite his age, George is full of energy and enjoys his twice a day walks. He is very food motivated and loves belly scratches. George is up to date on his vaccines and is house trained. Unfortunately George has had a tough time transitioning to life with a toddler. We have therefore made the difficult decision to rehome him. He would do best in a home without young kids. He has historically done well in a day care setting with other dogs, but we do not know how he would do sharing a home with another dog(s) as he was the only pup in our house as well as his former owner’s home.

Story
Miniature Australian shepherds with a loyal heart and playful spirit. They were adopted from the same litter over eight years ago and have been together ever since. Life has become extremely busy and they deserve a better living situation. They are bright, eager to please, and will thrive in a home that can give them structure, attention, and the love they deserve. And ideal home for them would include adults or family with older, respectful children, a home with a fenced in yard, someone familiar with or willing to learn learn about about hurting breeds, and no cats or small animals. They can be adopted separately or together.

Story
Arrows looking for a Job!Meet `Arrow`!This 5 year old Pit Bull mix, has so much to offer the right person. He is very intelligent, and loves nothing more than to work. Arrow is looking for a human that has experience with working dogs, and willing to put their knowledge to the test, giving him the gratification of performing a task he longs for. Arrow loves his naps but is not a couch potato, he would rather be outside in the water, or hunting for treats in the play yard. arrow loves to walk in the creek at Mingo park. He is not looking for all hugs and kisses instead a good belly rub and pat on the head with a `Good boy`, is all he needs as a reward. He knows all his basic commands, and walks well on a leash with proper exercise prior. He is dog neutral, but because of his work minded drive, being the only dog would be best suited for him. Arrow will need to meet all humans in the family. Because he has been in our care for the past 4 years, he may need a couple meet and greets to feel comfortable going home with a new person.

Story
Meet `Toodles`!This sweet two-and-a half year old Pit Bull mix girl weighing in at 50 pounds of love and loyalty. She may be shy and timid when meeting new people, but with patience and a little time, her affectionate personality begins to shine through. Because she can be touch and sound sensitive at times, she is looking for someone who understands that trust is earned gently-and once you`ve earned it, you`ll be rewarded with happy zoomies every time a butt scratch is involved! She enjoys walks, exploring new places, and going on adventures. Toodles needs calm, predictable home where she can feel safe and secure. Loud noises and busy environments can frighten her, so a quieter household is essential for her to thrive. This girl would do best as the only dog in the home so she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. Multiple meet and greets may be needed before adoption to help her build confidence with new people, but for the right adopter she`ll be a deeply rewarding companion. If your patient, kind and looking for a loyal best friend who just needs a little understanding, she may be the perfect match for you.
