Story
Hickory has been in the rescue for 2 yrs now. He and his siblings were rescued when they were just 10 wks old, found dumped in a neighborhoodvand starving. . Hickory is the most outgoing of them. A DNA test was done on his sibling and it came back 16 different breeds. He's a true super mutt. He will require a 6ft privacy fence as he can jump a 4 ft chainlink fence and climb a 6 ft + chainlink. He is crate trained and house broken on a schedule. He does play with other dogs in his foster home, but will need proper introduction to new dogs. He has not been cat tested. His adoption fee is $200. Approved application, meet and greet and home visit required prior to placement. His brother is Wally and they are currently being fostered together. We also have a video of him playing with a goat.

Story
We adopted him when he was only 9 weeks old. He is lovable and so soft. Roughly 1 years old. Knows how to walk on a leash but recommend still using a lighter prong collar for him. Recommend still having him sleep in his cage at night, which he goes right into and sleeps. He rides in the car. Will get a bath with the hose. He knows fetch with the ball. He needs a home where someone will be home all day and can take him in and out, and take him to play and can take time to train him. He is a curious breed and will need things to keep him busy - or he will find things to keep himself busy.

Story
Chica was born in June and I adopted her in August. I have a 5 year old dog already and I thought it would be a good idea to have a second dog but I am not able to keep her after all. She is crate-trained and is potty-trained. She will bark when she needs to go out to pee while she's sleeping at night. She will wake up once at night to pee, so I will let her out. She hasn't had an accident inside the house in a couple of weeks. She's energetic and loves spending time outdoors. I think she would do great with a family that can give her the time she needs. She has her first round of shots-DAPPv, Heartworm, and deworm, Distemper/Parvo Nobivac Merck

Story
Meet Wendy, a playful two-year-old mix who is ready to find her forever family! At 75 pounds, Wendy is the perfect combination of playful energy and loyal companionship. She loves chasing balls, chewing on bones, going on walks, playing in the water, and taking car rides to wherever adventure awaits. Wendy was rescued as a stray and has blossomed into a sweet and sociable dog who adores playing with other dogs her size. Her friendly nature makes her a wonderful companion. Wendy is microchipped for safety, so you can have peace of mind knowing she’s always protected. This smart girl is leash-trained, crate-trained, and fully housebroken—meaning she’s ready to integrate into family life. Wendy is full of love and potential, waiting for the right family to give her the forever home she deserves. The current owner is staring a new job and will need to be in-office, away from Wendy for long periods of time.

Story
Sammee is the most handsome dog you'll ever meet. He's so sweet and loving to his people! When meeting new people, he is timid. He doesn't like to meet them on a leash (we think he had some past traumas). When we have him meet people in our home, we usually put Sammee in his kennel, let everyone come in and get settled, and then bring him out. He does great that way! He will be your best friend, try and sit in your lap, and get all the attention! We groom him ourselves so we don't know how he does at a groomers. When we leave the house, he is used to being out with doggie door access. He doesn't love staying in his kennel for long periods of times, but he is pretty chill. Just beware of any food left out he will get into it! We are hoping we can find someone looking for a loving, cuddly, teddy bear to love him how he deserves! He is bonded to his sister, Sarah and would love for them to be adopted together: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/41585777-rowlett-texas-mutt-mix
