Story
I am a fun loving, goofy girl. I'm so happy, I wiggle when I walk! My last person didn't want me anymore and now I crave that special person who will love me as much as I love them. My biggest pleasure in life is to make you happy and laugh. I might look like a stiff wind is hitting me from the side, but it only adds to my silly, quirky personality. I haven't met a person yet that I don't like. In fact, I LOVE everybody. I'm great at cuddles too and I'm so good at being calm and respectful, just give me a few minutes to get over my eagerness to meet you. I work really hard at greeting you with a sit, but sometimes I'm so HAPPY to meet you I might forget my manners and jump, but I quickly stop when you remind me. I'm very good in my crate and I'm house trained. I promise to adore you for the rest of my life. Would you like to be my forever person?.

Story
Rose is a combination peaceful, serene with her people and playful young girl especially chasing her Kong Rubber Ball. Soulful eyes just beg you to let me be yours. Chills out after play and takes life easy. She enjoys all kinds of throw toys and is very good about releasing them. Really fun dog with a gentle spirit and loving attitude. A great combination of relatively compact size, super joyful spirit, focused affection and companion, and fun ! Adoption Process Guardianship Application available for download at http://tinyurl.com/MAPSFiles The Adoption process is designed to help best place dogs with homes that are in the best interest of the dogs and their human companions. The adoption process starts with a prescreen review of an Guardian Application. Making decisions about dog placement in adoptive homes is an "art", not a "science", and there will be times when applications will be denied for various reason(s). This is left to the discretion of the MAPS after reviewing relevant information. MAPS reserves the right to make all decisions regarding placement or final disposition of any rescued dog in its care into a foster or adoptive home. There is no guarantee that any applicant(s) requesting to adopt a dog being fostered through MAPS, or posted on MAP's web site, will be granted an adoption. After a successful prescreen, including background checks, the applicant(s) are notified that they can visit the dogs and a time slot is made for the dog and applicant interaction. After the interaction we encourage several days of reflection before adopting a pet to help assure this will be a lifetime commitment of love and quality care for the dog. Next we conduct a home/neighborhood visit to the Guardian Applicant's home. If the home visit proves successful the new mom and/or dad of the dog will sign an Adoption Agreement and share a lifetime of love !

Story
Anna…. She lives to be with you. She enjoys doggy activities but her favorite activity is simply being with you. She loves walks, car rides, tennis ball retrieval or lying near you as you answer emails. Anna doesn’t just live she thrives on her/your daily routine. If you have a busy day, that’s OK she will spend her day watching you work. She is smart, food motivated and eager to please. Her personality and intelligence make her a great student. She has most of the basic commands mastered and is already house and crate trained. She is ready for that next big step in her life. Remember Anna is a book with only a sentence or two in each paragraph. She is waiting for you to finish her life’s story with her. Someone will get a great companion who would love to spend her day on your schedule. Anna has all the right ingredients; wouldn’t you like to bake the cake?

***** Blu has been with us longer than we would like so he is a member of our Lonely Hearts Club and his adoption fee has been reduced to $325. His adoption also includes a four-week scholarship for a virtual training program called GoodPup! *****ONE for the MONEY, TWO for the SHOW, THREE to get ready now, GO BLU GO!!! This little Blu will chase your blues away! First of all, he's GORGEOUS with his striking gray and white shiny coat! On top of that, he's a bundle of fun with lots of energy and would love an active family to play fetch and go on adventures with! He walks so nicely on leash and loves to go for trail walks. He is also very smart! He already knows sit and down and is working on learning stay. He is treat motivated and loves to learn new skills! He can be a little shy about meeting strangers so he's hoping his new family will be patient with him as he learns that more people means more pets and more treats! Don't wait another minute, come have a playdate with Blu and plan your next gig together!*Blu is staying in a quieter part of the main shelter and is not viewable in the main dog kennels. Please ask the staff at the Adoption Center about meeting him!* Medical: Blu appear to be a healthy adult dog, but it is always a good idea to set up an appointment for him to meet his new veterinarians soon.Weight: ~ 45 lbsAdoption Fee: $325 + taxIf you'd like to meet me, click the "Learn About the Adoption Process" button below to plan a visit to the shelter!
