Story

Rex was our family dog he is very loving and loves to cuddle. He is a big lap dog is the best way I can explain him. He does bark at strangers when they come to the house or in the yard but does great on walks and does fine after introduced to who comes over. He has done fine around our other family dogs he normally just sticks to himself and watches them play around. I do not know how he is with cats though. Rex is great with kids and females but is a little more nervous around men at first. We were able to find homes for the other dogs but still looking for a loving home for Rex since we are not aloud to have pets where we are moving to.

Story

Due to a changing family situation, we need to find a new loving home for our dog, Erna. She is young and very high energy and I'm unfortunately needing to go back to work full time and she will not be getting the attention and exercise that she deserves and is used to. She hasn't been exposed to a lot of other dogs and has a tendency to play a little rough with our older cat. She is smart and did great with her potty and crate training. She sits and waits nicely for her food when reminded (she is extremely food motivated). Lives for walks and playing outside in the fenced yard. We were told that she was a pittie/shepherd mix but doesn't really look like either. She is all legs! Fully vaccinated, chipped and spayed. When she's not running at full speed, she's happy to lay next to you on the couch.

Story

Bonita came to us from extended family who struggled with her reactivity. After a few months here, she’s doing great with my two large dogs and is very affectionate with familiar people. She thinks she is a lap dog and will try to smother you with love every chance she can get. She wasn’t properly socialized, so new people, places, and situations can be scary, and she needs slow, patient introductions.She’s made solid progress with line work, sit, potty training, muzzle training, and meeting new people safely. She plays well with both my 18‑month‑old and 12‑year‑old Plott hounds and we'd love play dates. We’re unsure how she does with small animals or children.She’ll go home with her crate, bowls, food container, leash, harness, muzzle, and other supplies. A small rehoming fee applies to ensure she goes to a committed home. If things don’t work out, we’d prefer she come back to us rather than be rehomed elsewhere. Please give this sweet girl a chance if you feel it could be a match!

Bella is an amazing girl. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule and a new baby coming I can no longer give her the time and love she deserves. She is a bit skittish around men. I have had her since she was a puppy and was raised in an all female home. She may need time to warm up to someone new as she has been with me her whole life. She would do well with somewhere to run or a young person or couple that takes her for daily walks. She loves playing in snow. Ideally having another dog would be great for her. She is very loving and knows how to get your attention by pawing at you. She is up to date on all shots and has a very long life to live and love her new owners

Please read this! I will not adopt her to a man!! Looking for a forever home. Because of her past abuse she DOES NOT do well with men! She will tolerate them but she needs to go to a home where there will only be females or the FEMALE WILL BE THE MAIN CARETAKER! I would like to adopt her out to a stable family so she doesn't get bounced around. She does have anxiety when left alone so prefer she goes to a home where she doesn't have to be caged or left alone very often if at all. She is a big cuddle bug and would love to share a bed with you if you allow her to.
