Story
It is with deep sadness that I write this profile. Bear has been in our family for 4.5 years (since he was 2.5) and he has been with us through some tough seasons in life. Why were looking to rehome our Bear: one member of our family has been having an increasingly hard time with his shedding and his herding tendencies. We have a small house and recently becoming parents has been harder than we thought. We would love to find a new owner for Bear in the south Denver area who is ok with us occasionally seeing him (meeting at a dog park, dog-sitting if you request, etc). We can provide his crate, dog beds, leashes, food, etc. We do not want any money: just an owner open to let us see him occasionally. We think he would do great with a larger home and more exercise than we can give him. FYIs about Bear: - He has lots of patience with small kids - Very food motivated - Does not have as much energy as typical Border Collies - Does well in a crate - He is pure love

Story
Hi, I’m Murphy! I’m a year old shepherd mix. Murph is equal parts loving and playful. He’ll happily lay by your side and cuddle all day, or mix it up on the playground. He knows basic commands and is potty trained. I’m looking to rehome him because I have another dog and, being single, I feel I can’t give either the full love they need and deserve. But I refuse to take him back to the shelter. He deserves a comfy and loving home. He gets along great with my other pup (a super energetic heeler) and he’s been great with any person he’s met.

Story
🐾🌞 **Rehoming Our Beloved Sunshine 🌞🐾 She's a four-year-old, loving sweetheart. Funny, friendly, and fantastic with kids, it's impossible to say no when she's wagging her tail and asking for treats with those irresistible puppy dog eyes. She adores playing fetch all day long and always has her ball in her mouth, and faithfully carries with her wherever she goes. We've had her since she was a pup, and she has brought us so much joy and happiness. Unfortunately, we're relocating to another country, and the facilities there aren't ideal for dogs. It's the hardest decision to make, but we want the best for her. We'd deeply appreciate finding her a forever home where she'll be loved and cherished, and If you believe you could provide her with the loving home she deserves please don't hesitate to reach out. Your kindness would mean the world to us, knowing she'll continue to bring joy and laughter wherever she goes.

Story
This sweet two-year-old dog is incredibly friendly and kind. She's obedient, follows all basic commands, and was socialized in group training sessions. She is excellent with kids and does well on car rides. She’s also well socialized with other dogs and loves spending time at the dog park. She is in excellent health and is very active. She enjoys walks twice a day and loves hanging out in the backyard most of the time. We adore her and want the best for her, making this decision difficult. We're seeking a forever home where she will be loved and cherished. She’s spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and regularly checked by the vet. Her playful nature and gentle disposition make her a wonderful companion. Whether she’s chasing a ball or snuggling on the couch, she’s happiest when she’s with people. If you're looking for a loyal, energetic friend, she’s perfect. Please reach out if you're ready to provide a loving, forever home where she will thrive.

Story
He gets along well with other dogs after a meet and greet in an open space. Same with humans. Has barrier issues and stranger danger. I put a muzzle on while walking him when I do which is rare because he Needs leash training and pulls hard and will charge after other dogs. Warms up to females quicker than males. Cries ALOT, that’s how he communicates with all emotions. Sheds ALOT. If he could find someone to give him the one on one attention and training he needs he’d be an amazing friend. I’m a single mom of 2 and none of us train nor do I have the time or funds to provide that. The shelter I got him from did not tell me he had behavioral issues like this and won’t let me return him. I don’t want to put him down either….no fee for whomever is willing to give him the life he deserves!!

Story
Hamish was abandoned at a large commercial construction site by the husband of one of our volunteers. Hamish has the typical high energy of his breed. He is very loving and seeks affection. He's been great with every dog he has met and loves to play with them all. He is a little timid with new people but warms up quickly. He's a goofy boy, nicknamed Noodle because his body goes limp and wiggly when he gets petted! He keeps his kennel clean and runs right in for treats!
