Story
Utah, boxer/pitbull mix, 70 lb, 4-5 yo, neutered maleUtah is a beautiful dog. He is calm, friendly, and happy with whatever activities are going on. He has a serious look and intense gaze, but personality-wise he is gentle, not that serious and loves to play. He is better with female dogs and a bit dominant with the male dogs. Bonded with Hutla, always goes to her kennel to check on her and get her out to play. Needs a fenced yard with 6' fence. Was successfully treated for heartworm. Adoption fee $325. Story
Have you met Chai? At just 4 months old, she's overflowing with love—and those ears are absolutely unforgettable! Sweet, gentle, and always one of the first to greet you at the door, Chai is the kind of puppy who brightens every room she enters. Her personality is as warm as her name, and those floppy, wiggly, delightfully independent ears are simply the icing on the cake. Seriously... let's talk about those bat ears! I'm convinced she can hear every conversation in the house, and that adorable little bend at the tips is pure kryptonite for anyone who meets her. When Chai first arrived, she was shy and timid. Now she's blossomed into a confident little firecracker who keeps everyone laughing. She's curious about everything, eager to explore the world, and always ready for her next adventure. One thing Chai is especially passionate about? Food! She'll do just about anything for a tasty treat, which means training should be a breeze. She's also beginning to discover that a leash means something exciting—a walk! Every outing is a new adventure, and she's learning to enjoy every step. When playtime is over, Chai is more than happy to curl up beside you for a cozy nap. She loves to romp, explore, and then crash hard after all the fun. She's still learning her house manners, but her sweet, eager-to-please nature makes every day a joy. And if you need one more reason to fall in love, just watch her during a photo session. The moment one of our volunteers suggested bringing out some picture props, Chai's little nose shot into the air with curiosity. She was ready for her close-up—and she absolutely stole the show. Chai is growing into an amazing companion with a heart as big as those adorable ears. If you're looking for a playful, affectionate puppy who will keep you smiling every single day, Chai is ready to meet you. Don't wait — apply today!  Adoption fee: $375 Apply at eapl.comJuly 20, 2026, 7:28 pm

Story
Leo Howdy!  My name is Leo and I arrived last week from southern Texas. I am an almost 3 month old lab mix and officially the cutest Colorado cowpoke now. I love playing with my sister and foster sisters in the sunshine. I am floppy and squishy and the snuggliest Spotted Labby-bull around!  I am respectful of dogs and children and keep the hoppies to a minimum. I am filled with joy and every human I meet swoons for me!   I love to explore the mountains and while my nose is my guide, I follow my foster mom and stop when she stops, and I walk when she walks. I sleep happily and restfully in my crate for 9+ hours overnight. My foster mom wakes my sister and I up and we are ready to seize the sunrise! I eat well and am working on potty training and basic obedience, and I already “sit” for treats and meals!      PS I look larger in my pics than I actually am. I’m very much in that delightful little puppy stage! Apply to adopt me at EAPL.com. My adoption fee is $375! July 20, 2026, 7:28 pm
