Story
Hi everyone! My name is Grey, and I'm a very good boy looking for my next foster home. Don't worry—I'm not looking for a new foster because I've done anything wrong! My wonderful foster parents would simply like to do more traveling, and it's not fair for me to spend long stretches of time in a kennel. So, it's time for me to mosey on over to a new home where I can spread out my dog bed, claim a cozy spot for my blanket, and continue being my best self. So much has changed in my life since I met Angela and David. They have given me patience, confidence, and the opportunity to truly enjoy being a dog. I love hiking, exploring, and spending time outdoors. They've also helped me start a new treatment program through Boulder Vet that combines training and medication to help manage my anxiety. The difference has been amazing—I feel so much more comfortable and confident in the world. I do take three medications twice a day, but don't worry—I'll happily remind you when it's time for my "cookie" medicine! I still need slow introductions to new people, and while I enjoy other dogs, I do best when introductions are made carefully and thoughtfully. You'll find more information about me below, but I wanted to ask: could you be my next foster home? I promise to bring plenty of love, loyalty, and gratitude to the family willing to give me a chance. Love, Grey  Meet Grey! This handsome 1.5-year-old Blue Lacy/Pittie mix is a total heart-melter with his soft silver coat and soulful brown eyes. Grey is a sweet, snuggly boy who adores his people and just wants to feel safe and loved. Grey hasn’t had an easy start, so he can be shy and easily startled—especially around strangers and men. He needs slow introductions and a patient family who understands that trust takes time. Once he feels comfortable, though? He becomes the wiggliest, happiest cuddle bug you’ve ever met. His tail never stops, and he’ll lean right into you for pets and affection. This boy is athletic, fun, and always up for an adventure! Grey loves hiking, fetch, tug-of-war, and anything that lets him run and stretch those legs. A fenced yard would be ideal. And when he’s done being an athlete, he’s just as happy curling up in your lap for a nap or nudging you for more love. Grey is also super smart! He’s mastered sit, down, place, out/drop it, heel, and waiting politely at doors. He walks nicely on leash and is working hard on feeling more confident around crowds and strangers—treats and gentle guidance make all the difference. He's crate trained, food motivated, and enjoys learning. Grey can be selective with other dogs and may get growly, so a dog-free home or a calm, compatible dog is best.   He's actually been pretty good with most and has 2 new besties. We've been dog-sitting a family dog for the week, and Grey is thriving. He is, "Good with some dogs"!   No young kids, please, as sudden movements can scare him. Cats are unknown. To help him continue to grow, Grey comes with lifetime training and support from the American Canine Academy! His perfect family will be calm, patient, kind, and experienced—someone who can help him feel safe while letting him blossom into the goofy, loving boy he truly is. If you’re ready to help a deserving pup heal and thrive, Grey is ready to love you with his whole heart.  His adoption fee is $375.  June 30, 2026, 1:07 pm

Utah, boxer/pitbull mix, 70 lb, 4-5 yo, neutered maleUtah is a beautiful dog. He is calm, friendly, and happy with whatever activities are going on. He has a serious look and intense gaze, but personality-wise he is gentle, not that serious and loves to play. He is better with female dogs and a bit dominant with the male dogs. Bonded with Hutla, always goes to her kennel to check on her and get her out to play. Needs a fenced yard with 6' fence. Was successfully treated for heartworm. Adoption fee $325. Story
Meet Lizzie — 50 lbs of Pure Love Lizzie is the kind of dog who makes you wonder how you ever lived without her. Sweet, social, and full of heart, this lovable girl is looking for her forever family — and she just might be yours. Lizzie is a people magnet. She adores adults, older kids, and her fellow furry friends alike. She would do best in a home with older kids. She does have some energy to burn off, but also appreciates her own space. She thrives at the dog park where she can run, romp, and make new pals. She loves a good game of fetch and brings the same enthusiasm to playtime as she does to cuddle time. She's already got a solid foundation — she knows sit, down, and stay, and is fully potty trained. She's still polishing her manners (who isn't?), but her eagerness to please makes training a joy. A little patience goes a long way with this girl. One note: Lizzie and chickens are not meant to be. A home without backyard poultry would be her perfect match! If you're looking for a dog with a warm personality, a playful spirit, and a whole lot of love to give, Lizzie is ready to steal your heart — and your spot on the couch. Come meet her. We dare you not to fall in love  Ready to meet your perfect sidekick? Apply today at eapl.com!  Adoption fee: $375  June 30, 2026, 1:07 pm

She's still learning her house manners, but she brings so much sweetness to the process that it's hard to mind. Don't wait — apply today!  Adoption fee: $375 Apply at eapl.comJune 30, 2026, 1:07 pm
