Story
My MIL found this sweet guy a few months back. He was very malnourished and in rough shape. She works for a vet and together they were able to nurse him back to health. He is potty trained and crate trained. He is playful and loves other dogs. He loves people!!!. He really enjoys playing with his toys. He needs training on not jumping up on people. My MIL is in her 70s, had two knee replacements and already has a house of rescues. She did a great job saving this guy but she understands she is not the best fit for his forever home. We brought him back to Colorado after the holiday in hopes that we could find him a fun active home. We have fostered with RMPR for over 5 years and will continue to foster him, love him and take great care of him until he finds a home. We have all his vet records. He is up to date on everything and neutered. We think he is about 2 years old or younger. Both my dogs really like to play with him. He has been a great housemate and not food aggressive.

Story
Angelo is an angel, hence the name! He is sweet, loving & chill. He loves to play with other dogs but can also relax at home with his people. He rarely barks and sometimes needs a moment to make sure you’re safe, but he warms up quickly to everyone. Angelo has young dog energy but is also very relaxed. He LOVES to run around at the dog park and chase bunnies and squirrels - though if they actually get close, he’s a total scaredy cat! He’s crate-trained but doesn’t love being crated by himself during the day, but deals with it pretty well and is used to someone being gone for up to 6-7 hours. Angelo is great with kids and other dogs, but would do best in a home without a cat as he thinks they are his play things! He’ll thrive in a home with a yard and plenty of playtime. He's house-trained, walks well on a leash, knows basic commands, and loves treats. He's microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to bring love and joy to his next family

Story
Sweet Kylie is a fully house trained, medium sized Australian Cattle Dog mix, who is mostly black with distinctive silver fox coloring on the underside of her legs, belly and chin. Kylie is such a special girl, with many different aspects to her personality. She is quite vocal with her idiosyncratic grunts and groans of appreciation. When out on a walk, she loves strolling around to check out all the smells, is well mannered, has a high energy wag to her tail and absolutely loves rolling in the grass. Kylie maintains a demeanor which is submissive, fawning and eager to please with most humans. She loves to be in close proximity to her person and is very in tune to emotions and energy. It is almost as though she were trained as a therapy dog at some point. In order to support Kylies efforts to be the best dog she can be she needs a home where she can be the only animal as she loves to be the center of attention! Kylie is spayed, microchipped and up to date with shots.

Story
Ellie is absolutely the cutest, sweetest 7 year old doggo. She is a smart, active Australian cattle/husky mix who can either be calm and relax at home or go on crazy adventures! She has been a roadtripping dog, so she is the best in the car. My friends always forget when she’s in the car with us because she’s so quiet. She loves attention from people—whether that be through pets, throwing ball, tug of war, going on hikes/walks/runs, or cuddling. Belly and booty rubs are her favorite. I’m a nanny, and I regularly bring the kids I watch to walk/play with her. She is fantastic with kids, and they love her so much. She also loves swimming. I love her so much and sincerely would not be rehoming her if I wasn’t so busy outside of the home. I got her when I was 17, and she deserves a more stable living situation.

Story
I adopted Berto from a local shelter about 9 months ago. Since bringing him home he has gained a lot of confidence, although he struggled with anxious behaviors in the shelter. He loves to cuddle, go for long walks, and do everything with you. He’s silly and makes me laugh everyday. He has some self control issues especially when meeting new people. However he’s very intelligent and trainable! He needs more consistency and stability than I can provide, and I hope he goes to a home with more space to run and potentially be with another dog.

Story
Skye, 3 yo black lab, all shots, neuteredSkye is friendly, playful, and has an adorable personality of a lab puppy. Was found in a ditch in the fields, never reclaimed. At first was anxious to leave my side when outdoors, but now is a happy puppy, always ready for extra affection. Needs a yard with 6' fence and needs to go outside very often, he would be better with someone who is mostly at home. Adoption fee $325.
