Story
Goose is a loving sweetheart, but unfortunately has not done well with our toddler. She needs a place where she can be the center of attention with no kids or other pets. She is well socialized in an office setting and gets along with most adults. She will be turning 8 in October this year, but is still a puppy at heart. Loves going for walks outside and enjoying the smells. She enjoys hikes, going to dog parks (mostly to say hi to the people). She mostly is indifferent to other dogs, but will occasionally be interested enough in some to play and run around, but she's usually more interested in smells and getting pets.

Story
Stella is an amazing dog! Well behaved, obedient, loves kids, gets along well with other dogs and cats. She is a bit of a velcro dog and always wants to be with you but can stay at home for extended hours alone. She doesn't like noisy, crowded places. Stella weighs about 40lbs. She gets daily walks and loves to go to the park for a game of fetch the ball. She is mostly under voice command and doesn't require a leash, although walks well on one when needed. She is very food motivated and will work for a treat! I am only rehoming her because I am moving out of the country for health reasons and it is too hard to ask her to make such a big move.

Husky

Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Ghost is high energy and I can’t afford a big enough place for him and with work and school I can’t give him the proper attention to manage his high energy. Ghost has a huge personality and loves everyone. He has no spatial awareness and doesn't know his own size so be prepared for him to try and lay in your lap. Has some trouble with leash walking and tends to pull but is easy to manage. He can be mischievous when left alone (likes trash etc.) But with proper exercise this is far and few. He loves hikes and car rides. He knows basic commands like sit lay down paw and is food motivated indoors. He doesn’t care for food outside and is access driven so training mostly involves restricting access until he listens. He is a vocal dog like all huskies but never learned the husky scream and mostly just rumbles or barks. The only reason I have a fee listed is too find someone with the money and attention needed for Ghost. Ghost needs an experienced owner ready to manage his energy.

Story
This is Kosmo, a handsome 12 year old male German-Pointer mix who weighs 90 pounds. I love him so much but I had to move and he is having to be alone for long hours in a small apt. with no yard and I want a better life for him. Kosmo is a well trained mellow guy who would love to live out his senior years with a person or family that can spend time with him. He loves to lay in the sun and sniff the breeze. He does not dig. He would enjoy going on a slow 1/2 mile - 1 mile walk every day or every other day. He enjoys chewing on bones and squeaky toys and playing fetch with sticks. He loves to pick up his toy and bring it to you when you enter the room. He is large but thinks he is small and is super friendly towards everyone he meets. He has been around cats and kids no problem but has never lived with either. Fine with dogs. He is good with walking on a leash and likes to stop and sniff a lot. He is up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped.

Size
(when grown) X-Large 101 lbs (46 kg) or more
Details

Story
Sierra is a five-year-old ~110-pound Anatolian shepherd mix who came from a family in Montana that was unable to give her the care and attention she needs. She was kept outside too much, but we have been working with her since February, integrating her into our family, dog walks, belly rubs and brushing, etc. She's a working/herding/guard dog but is also a goofball and a very cuddly teddy bear who loves people and has done well around children. She does have protective/guarding tendencies that seem to have been exacerbated by her situation at her former home, and would do best in a house with a fenced yard and without other dogs or pets (strong crittering instinct). However, she has also made HUGE progress on her dog walks and hasn’t shown any reactivity to other dogs in weeks. Sierra loves being brushed, hanging out with her people, and belly rubs. She is a very sweet girl and would make a great companion for the right person!
