Story
There's so much to appreciate about a senior dog! They are who they are, they're content with a more relaxed exercise routine, and they lounge well. If that's your speed, too, Daisy may be a perfect fit for you! In her previous home, Daisy demonstrated a natural talent for and successfully completed several rounds of scent work training.Daisy has been described by our volunteers as a great walker who enjoys sauntering and taking in the day. She has a fondness for being petted, especially behind her ears. Just an overall sweetheart!Daisy is affectionate and demonstrative with her friends, and can be a bit curmudgeonly with others, preferring to take her time considering new friendships. Daisy has only had uncomfortable experiences with neighbor children and would prefer an adult only household. Though Daisy made dog friends when she was younger, at this stage in her life is disinterested and intolerant of the shenanigans of youngsters, so is seeking a home as the only dog. Primary Color: Brown Brindle Secondary Color: White Weight: 70.4 Age: 10yrs 11mths 3wks

Story
When he's comfortable, Apollo is such a smiley boy! One of his previous families noted he enjoys long hikes, attention from his favorite people, and playing tug! Additionally, he's previously lived successfully with other dogs and a cat. Because of all of the recent upheaval he's experienced, we anticipate his new family will need to invest in helping him feel safe and secure in a new environment through gentle, patient support.Apollo has been described by our walkers as easy to walk, staying calmly by their side. Sometimes cars driving by may startle him but with calm reassurance from our volunteers he settles down quickly. He enjoys a good back scratch (well ,who doesn't?), bird watching and will sit for hot dogs! For his comfort and because children have been stressful for his previously, Apollo is available for adoption to families with children aged 10 years and older Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 57.8 Age: 3yrs 1mths 3wks

Story
Gonzo is such a happy guy! His beautifully outlined eyes are quite the attention grabbers! Gonzo spent a few months in a foster home before coming to Foothills, and we know that he enjoys long walks, bouncing around and playing with squeaky stuffy toys. During downtime he looks forward to lounging on the couch and getting all the pets and scratches from his favorite people! Our volunteers tell us he has a very sweet demeanor. He tends to be a nose-to-the-ground walker, who enjoys taking in all the smells and scents with a "things to do and places to see" approach to his strolls, savors tasty treats, and at times may take one of his favorite toys with him on the walks. What are you waiting for? Come meet Gonzo today. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Orange Roan Weight: 74.8 Age: 8yrs 3mths 1wks

Story
Milo prefers to keep his circle of friends on the smaller side- and is likely to prefer spending time adventuring or watching movies with his favorite people than at the farmers market or family barbeque. Here at the shelter, Milo has enjoyed spending time with other dogs and using his nose to explore the world! His previous family noted that he enjoys hiking, camping, long walks, and successfully lived with another dog! Milo is available for adoption to a multi dog household with children aged 10 years and older or no children. Primary Color: Black Weight: 52.8 Age: 4yrs 7mths 1wks
