Story
I took Griff from a friend who was moving and couldn’t bring him with. He is very loyal to and quite protective. His herding instinct causes him to bark a lot and try and herd other dogs and people. I also have a Golden Retriever and they play all day and get along great. He is a lover to me and always wants to be close and cuddle. His challenges are he is high energy and needs a lot of exercise to get him settled down. He also is food aggressive and has to be fed away from other dogs. He also is a counter surfer and will go after food in the open. He could really benefit from some good training and lots of space to run, or frequent runs / walks. He is a good boy and it pains me to give him up, but with some personal challenges I am going thorough I can’t care for him any more. Praying for a loving, patient owner to give him the life he deserves

Story
Grizzly is a 4-year-old Alaskan Malamute with a sweet, loving personality. We’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old. He’s great with kids, other dogs, and even cats. He loves the outdoors—especially snow—and enjoys walks, camping, fishing, and car rides. He’s house-trained, kennel-trained, and spends most days outside. Grizzly needs more time and space than we can give with our growing family, busy jobs, and small yard. He is very well-behaved. He deserves a home with room to run and someone who can give him the attention and love he thrives on. Rehoming him is incredibly hard, but we want the best for him.

Story
4 year old since we have had since she was a puppy. We got her from a Australian Shepard rescue. She is socialized around dogs. Sweet and wonderful dog. Amazing with kids, other dogs, and cats. Gentle temperament and friendly. We cannot give her what she needs...she needs to be with another dog preferably as she needs companionship or someone with an active lifestyle who can give her the time she deserves.

Story
Lucky is a 4,5 years old rescue dog, we got him from a shelter in Boulder at age 1,5-2 y old. He is a good dog and trained by Blackpaw dog trainer. He never damages anything in the house, he sleeps in his crate, house trained for a long time. When he knows the people he is very good but he needs to be introduced properly. He is very good with my family, including 3 years old granddaughter, he loves my daughter's 2 dogs. My husband has Alzheimer's and Lucky is his dog and he is not handling him well and dog is getting very protective of him, noticing his weakness on leadership. He got into fight with other dogs (this happened very occasionally, like once a year, most of the time he sniffs, plays) to protect him if they walk alone. This doesn't happen with me. He does listen to me and walks well. That's why we want to rehome him since my husband is getting worse, to get him an owner he will respect and treat him properly. We love him very much but this is better Lucky.

Story
Charlie is a sweet and tough girl who loves to hike and cuddle! She is healthy and active for her age and keeps up with 2 year old dogs on hikes despite being 10. She is kind to our kitten and has been with her buddy Maisy, a Newfoundland for the past 7 years. They would love to stay together if possible but ultimately Charlie needs a home where she can hike and share her sweet cuddles. She does counter surf but other than that she is really a great dog! Our lives have changed drastically and I can’t stand to watch her stuck in the house not getting the Colorado adventures she loves!

Story
Mr Jones is a wonderful high energetic dog. He is very smart. My husband and I got him at 5 months, he is now 1yr 9 months. Other than being a Malinois which needs an alpha adult he is a great dog. My husband and I have gone our separate ways and Mr Jones is a lot of dog for me as I am 71 years old. My husband lives in a fifth wheeler currently and works 60 hours a week so he can’t keep him .
