Story
Meet India, aka the best dog in the world - she's an approximately 2 year old rescue, an adorable "pinky." We've never done her DNA but obviously she's a pittie. She's sweet, playful, energetic and loves belly rubs and cuddles. She can also chill out on the couch or her cot. Why is she on this site? Unfortunately, she's not good with smaller dogs. She plays well with the big ones and does very well at doggy day care, as long as she's in the "big dog" room. Unfortunately our family home is full of rescues (cats and dogs) and my mother's dogs are chihuahua mixes. We've already had two incidents and are now managing with multiple gates and a very cautious schedule of moving dogs between rooms etc. It's no fun for any of them, but the little dogs are getting priority because my parents have had them for years. Poor India gets stuck downstairs pretty often which is why, when I have long shifts at work, she goes to daycare. We also don't have a yard so there's really no opportunity for her

Story
We got Wrangler as an 8-week-old Australian Shepherd puppy from a local farm. He is now 8 years old. He is a very sweet, affectionate dog who loves being around people he trusts and enjoys giving kisses. He is gentle with kids, very food-motivated, and wants to be close to his family. Wrangler has developed anxiety over the years, and our current environment triggers him daily. Triggers involve hearing unfamiliar people talking nearby or other dogs barking close by. Despite years of training, veterinary help, and environmental changes, things have progressively worsened. Rehoming is a very sad decision for us, but our hope is to give him a calmer place to live where he can relax and feel secure. We’re looking for a quiet, low-stress home with fewer daily triggers — ideally a peaceful rural or semi-rural environment, or a quieter neighborhood with space. He does well with other dogs in the house, but prefers being close to his humans.

Story
Cali is 6 years old and she is a really great dog! She loves walks and likes to go out on hikes. She likes to cuddle. She has a good amount of energy. She also really likes her naps too. She very rarely barks. She loves to play tug of war and likes to run around. She is really easy to train. I have thought her several new tricks since I adopted her. She doesn’t really have any bad habits. She isn’t destructive when I’m not home. She doesn’t counter surf and she doesn’t dig through my trash. Overall she is a very good dog She should not be in a home with another dog. Unless she is introduced properly by a trainer. I do not think she would do well with young kids. The ideal home for her would be one where someone is able to take her on morning and nightly walks and has the time to give her the attention she needs.

Story
My mother recently passed away leaving behind these two sweet and beautiful dogs. Duke and Max are approximately 5 year old brothers and we would like for them to stay together. We are not equipped to house them ourselves and would love for them to go to a caring home where they can receive the love they deserve.

Story
Hello! My name is Samuel but you can call me Sammy! I’m a 3 year old Bernedoodle and I love to cuddle. Don’t get me wrong, I do love going on long walks too! However, those walks have to be private since I have terrible anxiety 😥 I can’t help it but this only means that I need an experienced human who knows how to suit my needs. Once I am comfortable with you and my surroundings, I relax a bit and not as reactionary. I will do anything for a treat! I must warn you, I am very allergic to chicken. My beautiful fur and skin falls out! Treat me to a nice salmon, lamb, or beef dinner 🐶 I am energetic, cuddly and ready to fill your days with never-ending love… as long as you give me treats 😉

Story
Rev is a sweet goofy loving boy who has not had it so easy. He has gone through multiple homes and was abused by some. I was able to take him in for a few months and give him the love he deserves. He does have separation anxiety that I have been working with him on and he has come a long way. He is great with other dogs and loves to make friends. Rev is full of energy and has so much love to give. He is a loyal and compassionate dog who just needs someone to love him as much as he will love you.
