Story

Ruxin is and always has been a great dog. He’s literally the definition of a companion. He has been through multiple moves, cities, etc with us and he has always adjusted well. We have two small kids (ages 3 and 1) and our youngest has severe allergies. A family member has been caring for him for the past few months but ultimately are unable to any longer. He is right around 13 y/o and does have a slower day here and there but overall you wouldn’t know. He has no existing health problems that I am aware of. UTD on his vaccines (just went this past weekend) and still has a lot of life left to live. He’s been around kids of multiple ages and has never shown a single sign of aggression. He previously walked on leash daily and did great but has been more exposed to roaming off leash over the past few year and loves that as well. He LOVES to be outside. He can be anxious at times, nothing that isn’t fixed with some extra attention and pets. He really just loves to be with people.

Oreo was born on 5/16/25 and is currently gaining weight due to neglect from previous owner. He is still a puppy at heart and loves to play fetch and play with all of his toys. Oreo has some basic training but would benefit with someone who would love to commit to this baby. Oreo is kennel and potty trained. He has been good with kids, dogs and cats. He hasn't shown any food or toy aggression. Oreo is currently pending his upcoming neuter and has been given all of his vaccinations and heart worm test negative. Rex is available for foster or foster to adopt. He was found under a car crying in the snow. His breed mix is unknown but has some terrier in him and the best personality! He is a happy and very energetic boy. He is housebroken and does great in his crate. He has met a few cats and has not shown any aggression but just wants to play. Unfortunately, he plays a little too rough for a cat right now, so we are suggesting no cats. We do not recommend any children under 8 due to his energy level. He is still learning to properly play with other dogs so meet and greet is MANDATORY. He has done great with his foster brothers, as long as they’re not small dogs. On first meet, his energy is very overwhelming, but it's all in play. He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body, just wants love and to run and play! Zeus is approximately 15-16 months old. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and on heartworm and flea prevention. Zeus is good with other dogs but does take some time to warm up to "strangers". Give him about 15 minutes! We do suggest no cats or children under the age of 10. He's pretty exuberant and may scare children. He would love a doggy friend! He is very high energy due to his past. He is also a love bug and loves to snuggle once he calms down. He is crate trained and if there is another dog in the home, would do best with meals in his crate. Calvin is the sweetest goober you will ever meet! Calvin has finished his heartworm treatments and tested negative! He is currently resting comfortably with his foster family and will be on limited exercise for 3 months but that’s not stopping him from finding his forever home. Calvin is current on all vaccinations, housebroken, crate trained, good with kids, cats and dogs! His neuter is scheduled! Because he is resting and recovering from heartworm disease, he has been kept apart from other dogs in the home, but since finishing his treatment he was allowed to meet Oreo and they did great! He loves to play with his toys and has not shown any food or toy aggression, but he does like to eat alone.
