Nelly is a little shy when she first is introduced to someone new, but then quickly opens up and lets her personality shine! Nelly loves to run around, chase balls, explore her surroundings, and when play time is over, she's happiest cuddling up with her people. Her house training is off to a great start; through she will need continued consistency as she grows. Nelly is incredibly smart, social, and loyal and is eager to learn and bond with her new family. This handsome 5-year-old Australian Shepherd is the total package — smart, loyal, and full of love! Max knows basic commands, is fully housebroken, and enjoys toys, bones, and relaxing in his crate, though he prefers to be by your side. He walks well on a leash but may pull or react when he sees other dogs. He’s played nicely with dogs before, but slow introductions work best. Max loves being with his person, whether he’s fetching a ball, getting belly rubs, or resting his head in your lap. Like most Aussies, he’s alert, aware of his surroundings, and may try to herd small children or animals. He’ll thrive in a home familiar with herding breeds and able to guide his energy in a positive way. Max needs a yard to run in or someone who is reasonably active to help him stay happy and balanced through walks, play, and mental stimulation. Adoption is $350 which includes his neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly prevention. At three years old, he enjoys companionship and is happiest when spending time with his people. While he still has a playful side, he tends to be calmer and loves belly rubs, lounging by your side, and being part of the family. Luke has undergone basic obedience training and knows commands such as sit, stay, and come. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash. His eager-to-please nature makes him a quick learner, and he enjoys positive reinforcement during training. Luke gets along well with other dogs, enjoys the company of children who love spending time with a sweet and affectionate dog, and has the potential to live with cats if properly introduced. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, and ready for a loving home where he can bond closely with his new family and enjoy a stable environment. **Luke is not a Rose's Rescue dog we are posting this in order to help his caregiver find him a loving permanent home. He was rescued during the housing crisis in California when his previous owners were unable to keep him. He has received training and medical care during his time in his foster home. There will be an adoption fee of $250. Luke is located in the Santa Monica, CA 90401 area but transport is available anywhere in the US.
