Miss Patsy’s bio from her stay at the shelter: Miss Patsy has been a hit for various activities off-site, from hikes to exploring agility centers to hanging out at a volunteer's house. Patsy was graded as an A+ cuddle buddy, and you'll be tempted to spend all day petting her luscious rolls. She absolutely belongs stretched out on a plush spot on the couch! Patsy is also a silly, spunky, and playful gal who is full of life and entertaining charm. She enjoys her walks and play time. Patsy has also been playfully social with other dogs and she has a fun time wiggling around the yards with a favorite toy (and showing off her buns!) She's a great sport for trying out all sorts of new activities and adventures, and her earnestly enthusiastic, clumsy approach to life is sure to bring a smile to your face. When she's excited, she can get a little jumpy and exuberant and with this and her size, she would do best in a home with older kids and adults. It doesn't take her too much activity before she's ready to settle back down and snuggle. Patsy is also a smarty who knows sit and down, and she listens well. She also seems housebroken (no accidents) and rides well in the car. She definitely already has some manners down. Patsy has a lot of personality and she's ready to share it with a family. Oreo was born on 5/16/25 and is currently gaining weight due to neglect from previous owner. He is still a puppy at heart and loves to play fetch and play with all of his toys. Oreo has some basic training but would benefit with someone who would love to commit to this baby. Oreo is kennel and potty trained. He has been good with kids, dogs and cats. He hasn't shown any food or toy aggression. Oreo is currently pending his upcoming neuter and has been given all of his vaccinations and heart worm test negative. Lady Bug originally sat in a Florida shelter longer than most and was on the euthanasia list when a family stepped up to save her! Unfortunately, after her new "sister", Peanut, a Havanese became blind and deaf, she began attacking Lady Bug. Lady Bug never reacted but it has put her quality of life in a dismal position. Lady Bug's owner is being deployed and can no longer keep her. We are unsure of her with other dogs as she has only been with little Peanut. Unsure of cats but loves all humans. Zeus is approximately 15-16 months old. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and on heartworm and flea prevention. Zeus is good with other dogs but does take some time to warm up to "strangers". Give him about 15 minutes! We do suggest no cats or children under the age of 10. He's pretty exuberant and may scare children. He would love a doggy friend! He is very high energy due to his past. He is also a love bug and loves to snuggle once he calms down. He is crate trained and if there is another dog in the home, would do best with meals in his crate. He does guard toys and food from other dogs but not his humans! Story

COURTESY POST: Spike has had a rough start in life but has finally gotten a clean bill of health! He is approximately 6-7 months old. dur to his illness' he was potty pad trained and has since been going outside to learn how to potty. He knows sit, down, off, place and sometimes "no bite" as he likes to mouth everything but it' not him being mean, it's just a plaything with him. He is working on his jumping. He is also crate trained as long as you cover his crate (which is something he could overcome) He wants to play with other dogs but as a sick puppy was not allowed. He's a very active boy who would flourish with more training and social skills. He is fully vetted; all shots, neutered, heartworm tested and on heartworm prevention. He wants to play with other dogs, but the dogs in the current home are not dog friendly. He likes to run up to the cats but doesn't touch them, wants to play. We would suggest older children as he likes to jump and mouth. If you think you can give Spike the time, patience and training that he needs, please feel free to fill out an application and we will put you in contact.
