Story
Well, he’s a very sweet and loving dog. My friend got arrested and left him with his mom but she didn’t want to take care of him so rather than putting him in a shelter she threw him onto me. Of course I don’t mind taking care of him he isn’t a bother at all but unfortunately where I live it doesn’t allow big dogs. He’s super over protective so once he grows a liking to you strangers will have a hard time coming near you🥺. He’s good with kids but he’s really big and when he gets excited he forgets his size and may knock someone over he is 130-140 lbs. Lastly he’s good with small dogs and cats although they aren’t fawned of him lol and big female dogs but he’s not good around bigger male dogs at all. He’s kind of spoiled since he’s always be an only child so he’s not used to being around a bunch of people or other big males without getting super protective. He OBSESSED WITH BALLS/STICKS so make sure you can play catch 😇. He’s a sweetheart, super goofy and loving 🥺❤️.

Story
Hi this is bri, we are looking to find her a new home because we got a new job opportunity in a different state and won’t have enough time to take care of her. She’s a loving caring puppy and we would like to have someone that will give her lots of love. We got her from a breeder.. We are ready when we find the right family. She has all her vaccines up to date. We are looking for $800 considering we got her for $1,200 and we will not be looking for a lower price. We would also like to meet in a public area so both parties can feel safe thank you!!!

Story
Are you ready for some big puppy fun??? Cooper is a happy, clever young guy that is looking for adopters that will be excited to help him achieve best boy ever status! This means positive rewards training, fine tuning house training, exercise and tons of fun and laughs in between. Because Cooper loves everyone he meets and gets very excited, he might forget all about the polite way to greet people and be a bit on the jumpy side. Teens that are comfortable with bouncy young dogs and will participate in his training, will be considered. He can potentially join a home with a resident dog that is comfortable with his rough and tumble play style and who can be a good role model. No cats in the home at this time, please. Cooper is ready to become a wonderful companion for many years, he just needs to find his forever family. If you think he might be the one for you, please drop by the shelter during open hours to talk to staff. Tuesday- Sunday 12-3p

Story
Meet 6 year old Benji! Benji is the full package- he`s big, strong, silly and smart! He is looking for a patient adopter who is excited about training using positive reinforcement to help him learn his best leash walking skills. Although Benji is able to navigate a world close to other dogs, he would likely thrive in a lower trafficked environment outside. Benji has the potential to have some calm, tolerant canine roommates or walking friends. Benji may be able to live with kids who are comfortable with a big strong dog! Benji does not have a history with cats, so any interested adopters should be committed to taking an introduction with a resident cat extremely slowly! If Benji sounds like the dog for you, please visit our Methuen Adoption Center Tuesday-Sunday 12PM-4:30PM.

Story
Meet young puppy Bocce. This is a happy go lucky guy with a lot of energy. He loves to entertain himself with toys and is really good walking on aleash. Oh, dont let that adorable face fool you. This puppy will requirea bit more training with polite greetings and to use that puppy mouthappropriately. Luckily, Bocce loves his snacks and will train for cookies. This good boy is looking to join a low traffic home with older kids only tohelp him become his best self. The best situation would be if he could livewith an older, patient dog that will teach him the ropes. Here at theshelter, he has enjoyed play dates with other dogs. We have no history ofwhat Bocce thinks of cats, so a dog-savvy cat would be a possibility.Does Bocce sound like the pup for you? If so, please head to the MethuenMSPCA location Tuesday-Sunday between the hours of 12PM-3PM!
