Story

Rosebud brings love and joy everywhere she goes. She bonds deeply with her people, is a superb companion, and would bring the right home a lot of joy. • 7-year-old black lab mix • Personality/temperament: Affectionate, loyal, friendly, goofy — an excellent cuddler who loves people. Housebroken, can stay at home alone. • Favorite things: Relaxing at home, walks in the park. • Physical/medical: 75 pounds. As she ages, some arthritis is settling in, requiring some pain management, but she is still happy to go on walks, loves roaming around nature, and shorter fetch sessions. Reason for re-homing: Unfortunately Rosebud gets anxious around our new baby, despite training efforts. We had an accident where the baby got too close and the dog, cornered, nipped him out of fear (not aggression). Everyone is fine, but Rosebud deserves a home where she doesn't need to feel nervous all the time. We are committed to finding the right home for her and are happy to answer any questions. Thank you.

This is a great dog. He's super sweet and gentle. His only downside is his separation anxiety so hopefully he can go to home where someone will always keep him company.

Princess is a great dog! She is a 45-pound, 9-year-old staffy who loves lounging around most of the day but also has tons of energy to play with toys and go for long walks or chase tennis balls at the dog park. She is very loving and loves to cuddle up at night under the covers. She loves her toys! She mostly ignores other dogs, but loves meeting new people at the dog park. She is in great health with no medical issues! The only issue I encounter is that I have a three-year-old daughter and Princess nips at her feet when she runs across the room. I am trying to find her a good home without small children or other pets.

Dewey and his brothers Huey and Louie were found on a highway in Puerto Rico after his momma and two other siblings were tragically killed. Left behind, this tiny boy somehow survived. Despite everything, Dewey is incredibly curious, happy, and loving. He’s great with cats, dogs, and kids, and like any puppy, he’s still working on potty training. After losing everything, Dewey is still choosing love — now he just needs someone to choose him back.

Meet Bubbles - With The Sweetest Eyes! This precious 2 year old little lady weighs in at 25 pounds. Bubbles was found next to a highway waiting patiently for her friend, who had been hit by a car. She was scared, but a kind soul rescued her and brought her to us. Under the care of a foster, Bubbles has blossomed. She hasn’t seen cats yet, and while she can be a little shy when meeting other dogs, she warms up quickly and just wants to be friends. She hasn’t been around children, but with her sweet, soft personality, she would likely do beautifully in a home with kids who can give her love and patience. She’s a perfect balance of playful energy and calm companionship—ready to run around and have fun, but just as happy to relax by your side. Bubbles is doing well with going to the bathroom outside, She has been spayed and is up to date on all her vaccinations. She is currently in Puerto Rico but can be flown anywhere to be with a loving family. She is doesn’t destroy things, is well-behaved, and she’s full of affection. She loves to sit with you, patiently waiting for you to pet her. Bubbles may be a little nervous at first, but underneath that is a deeply loving, affectionate soul!
