I am helping a close friend find a loving, forever home for his two best friends. Due to an unavoidable international relocation, he is heartbroken that he cannot bring them. He wants to ensure they never have to experience the stress of a shelter environment. We are committed to keeping these two inseparable boys together. Max 3 years old Husky (brown and white, gentle giant. has a wonderfully mellow personality. Mikey 2 years old Husky/Cocker Spaniel Mix(tan and white). Mikey is Max’s son He is a playful, cuddly sweetheart. He can be a little shy when meeting new people. but once he warms up, he is a loyal and affectionate friend for life. These two have a beautiful, lifelong bond and provide each other with immense comfort. We are strictly looking for a home that can adopt them as a pair so they stay together during this life transition. We are asking that the rehome fee be donated directly to a local animal shelter. We will simply require proof of the donation.

My dog, Robin, is an excellent dog. Unfortunately, he found himself in a distressing situation. While I was cleaning my motorcycle in my front yard, a city worker accidentally stepped on him. As a result, Robin bit the worker. The city claimed that Robin attacked him, which was absurd. Consequently, Robin was issued a trespass order. I am unable to keep him at my property, so he is currently staying in a kennel at my shop, as shown in the pictures. Robin has been professionally trained and is highly obedient. I would be delighted to maintain contact with the new owner. I can assist new owners in integrating Robin into their family.

Such a pretty girl Bailey! Her previous owner said she was a mild-mannered diva. That could mean so many different things! Here at the shelter, she has been rather standoffish with new people. However, once she knows you, she enjoys hanging out with you and leaning in hard for pets. Bailey is hoping for adopters who can read her body language. Although she loves being pet, she might not be ready for them right away. She is looking for a place to first settle in and decompress. After that, then comes the ear scratches and shoulder rubs. Bailey would do really well living with a friendly, confident helper dog to show her the way. She did well living with a dog previously. We do not know what she thinks about cats. That could possibly work starting with complete separation. And children who could help with training might work best. Good girl Bailey is having a tough time here at the shelter. Meet Nyla! She is a sweet, very energetic lady looking for her next home! Nyla has been through several, very difficult transitions in her short life and is looking for a home that is ready to help her succeed at her pace with lots of patience and structure. In her short life she has had the opportunity to practice jumping and using her mouth to communicate her needs, so we are looking for adopters who are invested in long-term training using positive reinforcement to help her learn other ways she can tell us what she wants! She will need a home that can help her get her energy out in a variety of ways and then give her a quiet space to learn how to settle on her own. She has shown us she enjoys playing with dogs with a more rowdy playstyle, and could live with a well-matched dog friend, dog meet on campus required. We also think she could live with a dog-savvy cat starting out completely separate with slow, thoughtful introductions. Kids who can help implement her training plan and give her space to settle in could also be a fit for Nyla! This very handsome guy is Jamison. He is house trained and loves hanging out with other calm dogs. Besides being cover model good looking, Jamison is a family guy. He just wants to hang out with his own crew. Once he feels comfortable, he loves to show off his favorite toys. And he did great in his previous home living with some respectful kids. Strangers, however, can be scary. Jamison is hoping for adopters who start off keeping his world small and safe while he decompresses. Jamison would find the world a little easier if he could go home with another calm dog friend. We really dont know how he feels about cats. That might work with some management.
