Story
Lotus is a 9month old pit mix. She was living with another family and needed to be rehomed immediately due to the not allowing pit mix’s where she lived. We took her in on an intermediate basis. We have a 14yr old dog at home with limited mobility and the puppy while great and loving, her playfulness is too much and has caused issues for my older dog. Lotus is beautiful and so fun. She just wants to play and cuddle. I’ve never met a dog that cuddles as much as her. She has the tools to be trained so well if someone has the time to give her the consistency she needs with it. I know lotus will make a family so happy and I’m sad it isn’t able to be mine right now. She has had her rabies and first round of distemper but needs additional vaccines. She loves walks and people. I haven’t walked her yet without someone complimenting how beautiful she is. I feel like she would fit best in a single dog home but with patience and training I think she could live well in a multiple dog home.

Story
Meet our gentle giant, a Cane Corso and Neapolitan Mastiff mix born April 26, 2024. At 150 lbs, he’s a loving cuddlebug who enjoys being close to his people, whether lying by your feet or rolling happily in the grass. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, house-trained, crate-trained, and knows sit, stay, and heel. He can stay out of the crate alone without causing damage. He’s friendly with strangers, good with cats, and has attended daycare and puppy play camp. While sometimes reactive with dogs at first, he redirects easily and often becomes playful after proper introductions. We love him deeply, but cannot give him the space, time, and exercise he deserves. He would thrive with someone experienced with large guardian breeds who can continue his training and confidence. In return, he’ll offer loyalty, protection, and endless love. He’s ready for a forever family.

Story
Are you looking for a best friend who’s always ready to be by your side? A loyal companion who hangs on your every word and just wants to share life’s everyday moments with you? Then you need to meet Molly. Molly is a 7-year-old, 30-pound Sheepadoodle with a heart as big as her personality. Her foster mom says it best: “This is one cool dog. Someone is going to be really, really lucky to get her.” And she means it. Molly loves being with her person. Whether you’re running errands, working around the house, or simply relaxing on the couch, she’s happiest when she’s right there with you. She’s attentive, connected, and ready to build a true partnership with her forever family. Because Molly has a strong herding instinct, she would do best as the only pet in the home — no other dogs or cats — where she can focus all her love and loyalty on her people. Molly is currently located between Rochester and Buffalo, NY, and she’s ready to start her next chapter. Could it be with you? Story
Meet Janet, a gentle and sweet 2-year-old Sheepadoodle who is ready to find a loving home. Despite her challenging start in a puppy mill, Janet is making wonderful progress in learning important skills like leash walking and house training. She gets along well with other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with a canine companion. Janet is still a bit timid, so she’s looking for a patient family that can help her build confidence and blossom into the perfect companion. A secure, fenced-in yard will be essential to keep her safe as she continues to grow and explore. If you’re ready to offer love, patience, and support, Janet could be your ideal new family member! Janet is located in York, PA. Please fill out an adoption application before you contact the placement team. (https://membership.neoesr.org/OL-Adoption.php)

Story
Meet Milo 💛 Milo is a 2-year-old, 64-lb Bernadoodle who’s as sweet and friendly as they come. He came to us as a surrender from a home where he didn’t get the exercise and playtime he needed — but in just a week with his foster family, he’s already blossoming. Milo loves playing in the fenced yard, going for walks, and hanging out with other dogs. He’s awesome with people, gentle and affectionate, and his recent health check was perfect. He’s great in the car and quickly bonds with his person — the kind of loyal companion who’ll follow you anywhere. He can be a little timid when he first meets new people, but there isn’t a single bad bone in his body. He’s just learning what it means to be a happy young dog — and he’s doing beautifully. 💫 Add another furry brother or sister? Even better — Milo loves dogs!
