Story
Annie is the sweetest most loving dog I’ve ever met and it breaks my heart that I have to rehome her due to not being able to afford her anymore. I rescued Annie 3 years ago whom was abandoned in Arkansas. I helped nurse her back to health, got her fully vaccinated and worked with specialists to help integrate her back into society. While Annie is selectively friendly with other dogs, she absolutely adores all babies, kids and humans. She is very athletic and loves walks and hikes as well as playing with toys. Annie would do best in household that has family members that works from home full time and enjoys being active.

Story
Oscar is such a sweet and very intelligent 6 months old Plott hound mix. We rescued Oscar from MSPCA Salem MA 1 month ago. Unfortunately, my daughter is allergic to Oscar fur. In order to keep Oscar my daughter would need to be on medication going forward which is not ideal. This is sad for us all, but we hope to find a sweet loving home for Oscar. If you are experienced dog owner who can also train him as he is still a pup that would be also great for him.

Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: Yes, dog-savvy catsGood with kids: Yes, dog-savvy kids (10+) Crate trained: Mostly (sleeps through the night in her crate)House trained: YesThis sweet girl is Lexley. Her adorable, expressive face and calm, soulful eyes make it easy to fall in love at first sight. She’s a big fan of curling up for a cozy nap but is always ready to spring into action when it’s time for fun. Whether she’s joyfully tossing around a toy or exploring her surroundings, Lexley brings a gentle, steady energy to every moment. Her affectionate nature and easygoing spirit make her a very special companion.Lexley gets along beautifully with other dogs, greeting new canine friends with enthusiasm. She is curious about new humans, and may take a few minutes to warm up to new human friends. Once she opens up, she is a sweetheart and will thrive with a patient family. She’s met cats on leash and, while a bit curious, is mostly more interested in the people around her - especially if there are pets or snuggles involved! Lexley would do best in a home with dog-savvy children over the age of 10 who will respect her space and give her time to warm up in her new environment. She truly thrives on love and connection, no matter who’s giving it.She’s still polishing her crate training and potty training and is doing really well on a schedule. Lexley does well in her crate overnight, but can be vocal during the day when her family is at work. Lexley is also quickly getting the hang of leash walking; she loves being outside and is eager to please, making every walk a joy.If you’re searching for a sweet, affectionate, and fun-loving companion that will deliver endless smiles to your home, Lexley is your lady. Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. Story
Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VT Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unknown, likely yes Good with kids: Yes Crate trained: Yes House Trained: Working on itTucker Man is the sweetest little fella with big soulful eyes. This mid-energy puppy loves to run around and play, but is also happy to just be wherever his people are. Tucker is looking for a loving home where can get the structure and affection that any growing puppy thrives on. Tucker adores other dogs and will bound right up to them to play. If they aren’t interested, he’ll leave them alone and play by himself. Tucker hasn’t met cats yet but would likely do well with them with proper introductions. When meeting new people he prefers to stick close to his familiar humans, but he can easily be encouraged and then warms up quickly. Tucker has stayed with young kids and loved playing with them and getting attention—he would do great with human or canine siblings! He enjoys pouncing on his toys and throwing them around for himself, but he’s even happier when he can engage in interactive play with others. Tucker is a crate training pro. He goes right in with a favorite toy, a treat, and some white noise, and will sleep through the night with no issues. Tucker has been working hard on his house training and is still learning to alert in time. With patience, consistency, and time, this young pup is continuing to make good progress. Tucker is also working on his leash skills. He loves to go for car rides, and he is excited to perfect his leash manners so he can go on lots of adventures in his new home. Tucker is very food motivated and will work hard to earn treats and praise. Tucker Man is the full package: sweet, snuggly, and ready to be the apple of someone’s eye. Could he be the one you’ve been looking for? Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. Story
Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: Unknown, likely yesGood with kids: YesCrate trained: MostlyHouse trained: YesSay hello to Piper, a kind-hearted pup with a gentle soul and a ton of love and affection to offer the world. Piper may start off a little shy, taking things slow as she gets to know new people and build trust. Once she feels safe, her sweet, affectionate personality truly shines — and she’ll reward you with unwavering loyalty, lots of love, and plenty of kisses. She’s great with other dogs, loves playing with her foster siblings, and greets new dogs calmly and respectfully. She’s also wonderful with kids (ages 5 and up), approaching them tenderly, quickly becoming their favorite snuggle buddy. Piper has met a few cats outdoors and seems indifferent, though her experience with them is limited. Piper would thrive in a patient, loving home that understands her shy side and gives her the space she needs to blossom. At home, Piper is fully housetrained. She's mostly crate-trained, going in easily for a treat and settling within a few minutes. She doesn’t mind spending some time alone but is equally happy being right near her humans. She walks beautifully on a leash, even though she’s still gaining experience, and loves going for easy walks with her foster family. When she’s not showing off her good-girl behavior, she enjoys squeaky toys, peanut butter treats (her favorite!), and romping around with her dog friends.Looking for a loving, live-in companion that will treat you like gold? Piper’s your girl - one wag of her tail and you’ll be sold! Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line.
