Story
Princess is a very sweet and cuddly 9.5 year old American Staffordshire Terrier. She loves to romp around in the woods and chew on a ball. She has excellent recall. She shadows her people, following them all over the house. She will wait on the bath mat outside the shower until you are finished. She is very friendly and great with people but is not good with small children, as she is triggered to chase their feet when they toddle around.Good with other dogs when outside but she should be the only pet in the home. She gets jealous and pushy about her space/peopleShe’s a great hiking and cuddle buddy. She would greatly benefit from an experienced owner who understands the Amstaff tenacity and needs.

Story
Meet Rocco 🐾 – 1-Year-Old Loyal & Athletic Pup Rocco (born Feb 14, 2025) is a sweet, energetic, water-loving dog looking for his next family. Rocco loves: 🐾 People & kids – gentle and affectionate with everyone 💦 Water – swimming, splashing, even bath time, he's obsessed 🚶 Daily walks – he has lots of energy to burn each day 😴 Napping – a good snooze after all that activity ❤️ Being your shadow – loyal and craves attention, wants to follow you everywhere Looking for a home that can offer: Daily time and attention (we work long hours and can't give him what he needs) No other pets – he didn't adapt well in a multi-pet home, so he'll thrive as the only animal An active lifestyle or daily walks Bonus if you have a pool, lake, or anywhere he can swim! Rocco is a loving, devoted companion ready for a family who can match his energy and give him the time he deserves. 💕

Story
Rocco is a young Pit Bull Terrier/Bull Terrier mix with a Valentine's Day birthday (Feb 14, 2025) — fitting, since he's got so much love to give once you earn his trust! We adopted him through Adopt-a-Pet.com. His previous owners reported conflicts with other dogs, especially over food, leaving him with some scars, and recommended he be the only pet going forward — a setup where he's truly thrived with us. Rocco is goofy, playful, and full of energy, loving long walks, runs, and lake swims. He can be reserved with new people at first, checking in with us before deciding someone's safe, but once he trusts you, he becomes the most loyal and affectionate companion. Despite unfair breed stereotypes, he's proven himself gentle, sweet, and endlessly goofy. We're sadly rehoming him since my husband developed a severe dog allergy. We hope his next home keeps him as the only pet and gives him the love and companionship he deserves. Adjectives: Loyal, goofy, playful, affectionate, energetic.

Story
We are seeking a new home for Birdie, our sweet, snuggly, endearing and sensitive 7 year old Shepard/hound/staffie mix. This decision has not been an easy one to make, but our lives have changed and we are no longer able to give Birdie the kind of care and attention she needs and deserves. Birdie has the sweetest disposition, she’s gentle with children, and good with other dogs out and about outside of her home. She endears herself to everyone she meets with her shy yet kind disposition, and she is quick to warm to new people when they show her love. Birdie will do best in a home where she can be prioritized as her anxiety does take some care and patience. She truly thrives in nature and does not tolerate the stimulation of city life. Even the residential setting where we live can be tough for her, so she will do best in a rural setting. She loves to hike and swim, and she will be your best nature buddy.

Story
Meet Milo 💛 Milo is a 2-year-old, 64-lb Bernadoodle who’s as sweet and friendly as they come. He came to us as a surrender from a home where he didn’t get the exercise and playtime he needed — but in just a week with his foster family, he’s already blossoming. Milo loves playing in the fenced yard, going for walks, and hanging out with other dogs. He’s awesome with people, gentle and affectionate, and his recent health check was perfect. He’s great in the car and quickly bonds with his person — the kind of loyal companion who’ll follow you anywhere. He can be a little timid when he first meets new people, but there isn’t a single bad bone in his body. He’s just learning what it means to be a happy young dog — and he’s doing beautifully. 💫 Add another furry brother or sister? Even better — Milo loves dogs!
