Story
Kip was born December 13, 2024. He is around 50-55lbs and is very tall and lanky! He is great with basic commands and his best friend is a big tuxedo cat! He is neutered and up to date on all vetting! Kip is the absolute sweetest boy and his previous owners taught him to say his blessing before eating and hold your hand while its said! He will not touch his food until you say "Amen".He has no aggressions towards people or other dogs and just wants to be friendly with everyone! Kip is just a tall bundle of love who wants to cuddle up with his you! If you are interested in visiting or adopting, please submit our application at Richardsonrescue.org. Story
MEET SHYVIEA!STATS: 11 year old, spayed, Shepherd MixAFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a gentle girl with such a kind heart. I am not super energetic, but I am extremely affectionate and will just lean on you for scratches. I love showing you how good I am at “shake” and will gently offer you my paw to hold. Although I might be on the calm side, my personality is so vibrant because of how much love I have to share.WHAT I LOVE: I LOVE to cuddle. It’s pretty much my favorite thing in the world. Short walks outside with tons of snuggles in between steps sounds like the perfect day for me! If I am spending time with my people, I am the happiest girl in the world!KIDS: The shelter staff thinks I would do just fine with dog savvy kids that are gentle with me.OTHER DOGS: While I am not going to run around and play with other dogs, I don’t mind them as long as they are respectful of my space and don’t jump on me. I would be happy with another dog my speed – calm, gentle, and respectful.CATS: UnknownHER MATCH: Someone that will love me, snuggle with me, and show me how great life can be! I might be a senior, but I have plenty of energy for quality time!SPECIAL NOTE: My smile lights up every room!Complete an online application and get pre-approved to adopt at https://www.cognitoforms.com/YorkCountyAnimalControl/PetAdoptionSurvey.
