Story
Blue is a sweet 9 year old senior dog looking for her next furever home! My parents are moving due to my dad having dementia and they are not able to take the dog with them. Blue gets along with other dogs. She has been in a large outdoor area these last several years. She is healthy with no known medical issues. She has had a small amount of obedience training. My parents would gladly provide for her financially.

Story
*WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR CONNIE IN NC/SC* Meet Connie Connie is a 14-month-old, 8-pound partially blind double dapple dachshund who almost had a very different future. She was being held back by a breeder to be used as a momma dog — simply because her blue eyes were “so pretty” and would make beautiful puppies. What wasn’t understood is that those same genetics are what caused Connie’s blindness… and breeding her would likely have passed those defects on to her babies. Thankfully, a friend stepped in and changed her path. Now Connie gets the life she always deserved — as someone’s cherished pet, not a breeding mill. Because she has never lived in a home, Connie will need patience, understanding, and time. Everything is new to her. The world feels different when you can’t see it clearly. But she is willing. She is gentle. She is trying. And most of all, she is incredibly cuddly and loving. She will even do great with older considerate children. Connie will need a confident, kind furry buddy in her forever home to help guide her as she learns this brand-new life. She’ll take her cues from them and find comfort in their presence. She is being spayed tomorrow and then will be on the hunt for her final placement. Connie’s best chapter is just beginning. Her adoption fee is a donation of 500.00 There is a 20.00 application fee/donation You can apply here https://form.jotform.com/241745142308149February 12, 2026, 3:29 pm

Story
Ellie is an almost 7-month-old sweetheart who had a very hard start to her life. She was saved by our rescue from a horrible situation at a drug house and was so emaciated, you could visibly see every bone in her body and was eaten up with several different parasites. Since being in our care and being shown real love, she is thriving and is now completely healthy and the perfect little lady! She is solid brown with a little darker marking down her back! She loves attention and loves to snuggle up in a bed of her own for the first time in her life! She is now spayed and up to date on all vetting and vaccinations! There is not one ounce of aggression in her little body, and she does not meet a stranger and just loves to be loved on by anyone who will show her any affection! If you are interested in adopting her, please visit Richardsonrescue.org and fill out our adoption application to bring this sweet girl today!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 13, 2026, 12:45 pm
