Story
Goofy, energetic, bubbly personality; Roscoe is a dog of many of these traits. So snuggly he is that dog that will keep you warm while reading in the couch or chilling with your family. We got Roscoe through luck for him honestly .He was found in Union,NJ on the side of the road in the coldest week of January. Brought him in as our own and have made him part of our family. With us growing our family to 4 he has become a little more difficult to give him all the attention we did during Covid time . We put him through boarding and training sessions during that time and had the expandable time for him.But with the juggling of two kids under 3 it has been difficult to give him the attention and the love he needs.Roscoe needs someone that is a an experience dog owner or trainer and has full flexibility to making him part of there family all together.Giving him the exercise and challlenging lessons to make him Become calm, comfortable, and relaxed in a loving home .

Story
We have a special boy to introduce to the families and couples out there wanting a truly special older pup that is totally trained and waiting to love you to pieces. True Blue Toby is a 14 month old Boxer mix puppy that was found as a stray and not in the best shape.  In fact he looked terrible and we felt so bad for this boy to have suffered for so many months.  Once he came to our care we got to work on clearing up hair loss and getting him healthy.  He looks great now and is ready to start a new life all on the right PAWS.  He is shy when on a leash.  Something about the leash that frightens him and his foster mom has been covered up and not able to work on that skill.  But gosh Toby is the best boy with a wonderful personality that embraces everyone with love and the anticipation to become steadfast friends.  Shy at first, this boy has blossomed and is Mr. Outgoing in every way.  He just wants to hang out with his humans and love them with full gratitude for making him such a healthy boy.  Housebroken, crate trained and wonderful with other dogs and cats, he is the truly total package if you are looking for a medium sized dog.  He is going to be a 50 pound adult and what a handsome Boxer mix boy he is turning in to.   Email us at Critter Cavalry Rescue :   ccrnewengland@gmail.com   We know will be glad you considered this boy as your very own. PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJune 18, 2024, 8:28 pm

Story
Sweet Rosie girl was found as a stray. The woman who found her tried desperately to find her owner but to no avail. We believe she was dumped, as it is very common here in the south. The woman brought her here to the rescue and she is doing extremely well with all the dogs and puppies and even like the cats and the children who visit. We believe she is approximately 5 months. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and she is also crate trained. She is full of energy and would do very well with a house full of kids! She appears to be a Boxer/Hound mix of some sort, pretty much a Super Mutt! Wouldn't you love to add her to your family? She will be ready for transport by the middle of May PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION! ADOPTION FEE $500

Story
Hi! My name is Ace, estimated to be about 3 1/2 years old, and this is my story. . . I was found alone, wandering the streets of NY. I was hungry, a little scared, and had an embedded collar around my neck. A good samaritan picked me up and took me to the NY shelter. I was friendly with the staff and showed no reactivity to other dogs. Due to no fault of my own (well, maybe a little bit because I was excitable and got a little mouthy when I played),  so I was adopted and returned. To my surprise, I was saved once again! A rescue stepped up and found me a temporary home. I am very happy here. My foster mom says I exemplify resilience and a zest for life! With marks still visible in my skin, I enjoy life to its fullest! I love to eat, play, and cuddle with my foster mom.  Now that I feel secure, my foster mom tells me I am a super chill and VERY well trained.  I worked hard on learning my basic manners and now my foster mom doesn't have to say "No Ace" a lot. She mostly says "Good boy Ace" now. I have been enthusiastically practicing with my foster mom and her trainer and I have proven to be an excellent student. I still get a little excited when I meet new dogs, but quickly settle down, I just want to play. Now I need a new foster home because my foster doggie siblings are showing signs of jealousy.  To avoid me getting hurt, my foster mom thinks I would be safer in a new foster home.  She is so sad and tells me I did nothing wrong. I am healthy, happy, and full of energy. I am also housebroken and crate-trained. I have come so far and am looking for a home or foster where I can be loved and continue to grow and learn.  I would do well with another doggie sister or brother and I like cats too.  But I would be happy as your only dog as well! I am flexible!  If you are that person, please apply to adopt me at https://peace4paws.org/adoption-application from a laptop or computer. If you have specific adoption or foster questions, please email: judy.atchison@yahoo.com THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN RESCUING A DOG! Story
Meet Molly, the definition boundless affection. Despite her tender age of 1-2 years, Molly has proven herself to be an extraordinary mother, pouring her heart and soul into nurturing her five puppies. Molly was rescued from a horrific hoarding situation in Kentucky, where she was found severely emaciated, yet still stedfast on keeping her babies alive and healthy. The home owner admitted that he always fed her last, or sometimes not at all. Molly was a mere 34 pounds when we intervened, bearing the weight of motherhood on her slender frame. But now as her puppies have flown the nest, Molly is blossoming into her true self, radiant and full of life once more. With a heart as vast as the heavens above, Molly greets each day with a wagging tail and a smile that could melt the coldest of hearts. Her gentle nature is as comforting as a warm embrace, and she delights in showering those around her with endless love and affection with kisses galore. Cuddles, relaxation, and tender moments of connection are Molly's greatest joys, and she eagerly awaits the chance to bask in the warmth of a loving home. Despite her challenging past, Molly's spirit remains unbroken, her resilience shining through in every wag of her tail. She is the truest form of a good girl, with a temperament as gentle as a summer breeze. She gets along famously with other dogs, her playful spirit shining bright. While Molly hasn't yet had the pleasure of meeting children, her nurturing instincts suggest she would be a natural fit for a loving family. As Molly prepares to embark on the next chapter of her journey, she does so with a heart full of hope and anticipation. Spayed and up to date on vaccines, she is ready to embrace the love and security of a forever home.  If you're ready to experience the boundless joy of companionship and the unwavering loyalty of a furry friend, look no further than Molly. To apply for adoption, visit https://peace4paws.org/adoption-application from your laptop or computer, and consider giving Molly the life she was destined for - she will be eternally grateful and you will only wish you found each other sooner. If you have specific adoption or foster questions, please email: judy.atchison@yahoo.com THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN RESCUING A DOG!
