Story
Hello! This is Arlo. He is a sweet boy who loves to play. He was found on the side of the road and after an extensive search for his humans, he came to live with me as a foster. I have 3 cats and he is slightly afraid of them but definitely wants to play with them. He is still a pup so we are working on potty training and everyday manners. He would LOVE a home with a big fenced in yard where he can run until his little legs give out. He has had up close interaction with small dogs and he did okay. He currently has crate time when I am at work and he does just fine. He doesn't love going into it but once he is in, he's ok. Since he is a foster pet, I do have a lot of dog related items that I will no longer need once he finds his furever home including: his toys, his dog bed, his large crate, his leash, all of his crate accessories, his food and water bowls, etc. These items will be included with him-I know it's a lot taking on a pup so this will hopefully help!

Story
Meet Spindle, the heart-stealing tripod with a gorgeous brindle coat! This resilient boy doesn't let anything slow him down, not even missing a leg! Spindle is a treat enthusiast who has mastered the basics- "sit," "come," and "down"-all for a tasty reward. His love for squeaky toys knows no bounds; he's always up for playtime, showing that his spirit is as indomitable as ever. Crate-trained and ready for a comfy night in his own space, Spindle does face challenges with stairs, making him the perfect companion for a stair-free home. He can be discerning with his dog friends, so we would want to have a canine meet-and-greet before adoption. Spindle also isn't the biggest fan of cats, so we wouldn't recommend taking him home if you have a feline companion. But if you're looking for unconditional love and a loyal friend who's all about joy in the simple pleasures, Spindle is your guy. Story
Meet our lover boy, Cainon! Cainon is a bit on the nervous side and is a bit sensitive to touch, mostly on his head, so his new family needs to be able to allow Cainon of his boundaries. Despite not being pet on his head, Cainon LOVES cuddle time. He enjoys melting into the laps of those he loves. Cainon has tons of energy and is a bit of a Houdini when it comes to the art of escape--he's ready to keep you on your toes! If you're looking for the kindest gentleman of the century, come adopt Cainon now! Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh East End- 6926 Hamilton Ave. Pittsburgh, Pa 15208 Kennel License #: 1043

Story
This Rebel does have a cause and that cause is to be adopted by you so you can spoil her like the queen she is. Rebel loves to be around people but sometimes she doesn't know how big she is so she may be too much energy for small children. She isn't a fan of cats, so a feline free home is the best fit for her. While she may not like living with cats, she's still a hero as far as they're concerned. Rebel is a blood donor and has saved several lives with her donations. A true hero among us! She gets very excited when she meets dogs so any other dogs in the home would have to be able to match her energy. Are you into adventuring and exploring? Rebel sure is! Go hit the trails with this adventurous pup and get ready to see the world! On top of her stellar personality, she is a two-time blood donor! She has saved two other animals' lives with her gift! If you're looking for the best pooch in town, come meet Rebel today! Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh East End- 6926 Hamilton Ave. Pittsburgh, Pa 15208 Kennel License #: 1043

Story
Mmmbop, ba duba dop--it's Hanson! Hanson came to us as a stray, so we don't know much about his past but his future looks bright! Hanson can be a little jumpy, but it's just because he's so happy to see you and he is quick to learn with positive reinforcement. If you've got a dog at home already we'd encourage you to bring them with you when you stop in to the shelter to meet him. Hanson has a wonky front paw, but that doesn't slow him down one bit. He is a scholar in our "Best Paw Forward" Program which provides behavior training and assistance while he transitions into his new home! Come meet this bundle of joy and give him the home he's been waiting for. Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh East End- 6926 Hamilton Ave. Pittsburgh, Pa 15208 Kennel License #: 1043
