Story
Vanilla is living in a foster home in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Meet Vanilla! Vanilla is a sweet, scruffy dog. She has a quiet, sensitive personality upon first meeting her. In her Texas foster home she lived with lots of other dogs and got along well with all of them. She is the sweetest little girl. Vanilla was an owner surrender in Texas along with her sister Canela. Vanilla has such a gentle personality and is very polite with all the dogs she lives with. She prefers friends who aren’t too pushy in their play style and would be fine with just snuggling with them. She loves sitting in the sun and soaking in the rays. While she’s technically a puppy, she’s very mature. She loves to be by her people and has lived with polite children. She’s learning the ways of leash walks because she has always had a fenced yard in foster. Vanilla will make a wonderful companion for someone who can commit to the long life of little dogs and be her forever home! Interested in adoption? Story
Greg is living in a foster home in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Greg was originally adopted over a year ago but his adopters returned him recently. Greg is living in a foster home with 4 other dogs and is doing great! Greg loves his people and does well with the dogs in his foster home. He struggles initially with visitors, but with slow introductions and a family that is consistent with the boundaries bulldogs need, he adjusts fine. He’s a lovable lump, and just becomes a bossy bouncer to those he’s not sure should be admitted into his house. Greg has experienced IVDD as many frenchies do, so a home that has one level would help Greg keep his back safe. He can live with other dogs who won’t play rough with him or challenge him to do more than his potato body should. Frenchie are not beginner dogs so someone who knows and understands the breed is a must. Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Story
Oscar is living in a foster home in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Oscar is an adorable one-year-old pup looking for a forever home where he can have a canine companion. Having another dog around really helps him thrive as it gives him confidence, keeps him active, and provides the playtime he loves. Oscar first came to our rescue with several other dogs and was adopted as a young puppy. Sadly, through no fault of his own, he recently found himself back in our care. His previous adopter wasn't prepared for the amount of shedding that comes with having a dog or for Oscar's tendency to let you know when he hears or notices something. Like many young dogs, he's still learning when it's time to speak up and when it's time to relax. Now that Oscar is living in a foster home with other dogs again, he's back to his happy self. He enjoys going for walks, playing with his canine friends, and soaking up affection. He especially loves being held and cuddled. Oscar would make a wonderful companion for a family with another friendly dog who can help him continue to build his confidence. If you're looking for a sweet, playful buddy to add to your pack, Oscar just might be the perfect fit. Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com.
