Story
My friend has been in the hospital/ nursing home for the past 6 months. Her sister has Bella. Bella is a younger lab that needs love, attention, and training. I attempted to take pictures of her she is very skittish. I could not get her to come to me. The person who currently has her wants her gone. Her original owner will be unable to care for her.

Story
This is Tarzan "Bobanny". I am absolutely devasted to get rid of him. The only reason is that I just had a baby and it's just me and I can't care for both. He is very sweet and loves cuddling. He loves to run and be chased. He loves being asked to show you his toys. He loves being asked if it's time for bed too. He very often will collect his toys and bring them to bed with him. He is house trained and somewhat trained beyond that, but he is young and I was still training him so he could use an owner with some patience. He can have a lot of energy sometimes, but usually after a jog or a trip to the dog park he becomes a cuddly couch potato. He loves bananas and scrambled eggs. He is very smart and with more proper training he could be an amazing dog.

Story
We brought Zola home a year and a half ago as a foster from a rescue agency and nursed her back to a healthy happy girl. She was initially afraid of everyone and everything and had clearly been abused. She is afraid of men and we believe a male was likely her abuser. We have tried everything, but she just barks at my husband. As much as we love her, we feel that she needs an all female home. She does great with other dogs. She has not been exposed directly to children. I suspect she would initially be afraid of them. She is shy with new people. She will initially require some TLC as she adjusts to her new environment and person, but if you are kind and patient with her, you will be rewarded with unconditional love and a faithful companion! She loves to go everywhere with "her person", walks well on a leash (goes on 6 mile hikes with me), and absolutely loves to cuddle. She really is a sweet girl!

Story
This is Lincoln. Lincoln is almost 9 years old and was born on March 1st 2018 in Puerto Rico, and relocated to Northern Illinois at 7 months old. He is truly a great dog. Very smart, and loves his people. Recently, he started developing skin allergies, and he has also become temperamental when it comes to trimming his nails and baths. This means he needs a home that is extra attentive, and I simply do not have the resources or time to help him. This has become a burden on me, as I work many hours in the day and do not have time to attend his needs. It breaks my heart to rehome him, but he truly deserves better. I have been the only owner he knows, so I know this will be difficult for him, however he loves people and still has lots of puppy energy. I have 2 cats and he does just fine with them, however he isn't a fan of other dogs. I believe he would do best in a home with no other dogs.
