Story
Hi, I'm Mister! My world has been pretty small up until now. I came to the shelter after my owner passed away, and before that I didn't get much chance to experience... well, life. But I am learning new things and getting more confident every day! My resilience is truly amazing! I've lived with another dog before and loved her, but meeting new dogs can still feel a little overwhelming for me right now. Because of that, I will need a dog-free home for the time being. Down the line, with proper training and interactions, there may be a chance I could interact with other dogs again in the future, but right now, I wanna be your one and only pup! Children are really not my jam either - mellow adults that can interact appropriately with me are what I will need in my future home as well. I'm a sweet, affectionate guy who enjoys attention, but I'm also perfectly content doing my own thing and taking in the world at my own pace. Everything is new to me, and I'm looking for someone who will help me keep building confidence and show me just how good life can be! If you've got a little patience and training and a lot of kindness, I think we could be something really special together! Primary Color: Tan Weight: 70.6 Age: 6yrs 3mths 2wks

Story
Hi, I'm Solo! I came to the shelter as a stray, so not much is known about my past, but I'm ready to start my next chapter with a family of my own. I can be a little anxious when I'm meeting new people or exploring new places, but underneath it all, I'm a sweet, affectionate guy who just wants to feel safe and loved. I'm an active, playful boy who enjoys getting out to explore and have fun. Since I'm still working on my manners, I can get a little excited and jump up to say hello, so I'll need a family that's willing to help me learn with patience and consistency. I'm a smart pup, and with a little guidance, I'll be an awesome companion! Because I'm a big guy, I'd do best in a home with older children who won't be easily knocked over by my enthusiasm. I also do well around other friendly dogs, so I'd be happy to have a canine buddy to play with. If you're looking for a fun-loving, sweet dog who's ready to learn and grow alongside you, I just might be your perfect match! Story
Hi, I'm Mosi! If you're looking for a dog who brings excitement and joy wherever she goes, I'm your girl! I came to the shelter as a stray with my buddy Sushi, and now I'm ready to find a family of my very own. I'm a spunky, energetic pup who gets so excited to meet people that sometimes my enthusiasm gets the better of me. Because of that, I'll need a family willing to help me polish up my manners. The good news? I'm eager to be with my people and ready to learn! I love to play, stay active, and make every day an adventure. My ideal home would have sturdy children who can keep up with my energy and won't mind my bouncy personality. I can also do well with other dogs when given a proper introduction. What I want most is a family that can give me the stability, guidance, and love I've been waiting for. In return, I'll bring plenty of fun, laughter, and companionship to your life. Ready to meet your new best friend? I can't wait to meet you! Primary Color: Grey Brindle Secondary Color: White Weight: 60.4 Age: 3yrs 0mths 1wks

Story
Hi, I'm Cadet! I made the trip from Louisiana to Wisconsin in search of a fresh start and a family to call my own. I'm a sweet, friendly guy who loves meeting people and making new friends wherever I go. I'm a bigger boy with plenty of energy and playfulness, so I'd love a home that's ready for fun and adventure with me. I do well with other dogs and would likely do great with kids who are comfortable around larger, active dogs. Whether we're playing outside, going for walks, or just hanging out together, I'm happiest when I'm spending time with my people. I will need a little bit of work on my manners, but I'm a smart cookie and I aim to please, so I think I can learn pretty quickly! If you're looking for a lovable, goofy companion with a friendly personality and lots of love to give, I might just be the perfect fit for your family! Story
Hi, I'm Chloe! If you're looking for a loyal best friend who wants nothing more than to spend time with her people, I might just be your perfect match. I'm a true people dog through and through, and I have enough love to fill your home many times over. I came to the shelter after the other dog in my home and I weren't getting along. While I can stay calm and neutral around other dogs, I would really prefer to have my own space and be your one-and-only canine companion. Trust me-I have more than enough affection to make up for it! When it comes to people, I'm all about the cuddles. I've lived with children of all ages and even cats before, so I'm comfortable being part of a family. My favorite place is right next to my humans, whether that's curled up on the couch, relaxing at your feet, or soaking up all the attention you have to give. Don't expect me to be a marathon runner-I'm much more of a couch potato than an athlete. A leisurely stroll now and then is nice, but my real passion is quality time with my favorite people. If you're looking for a loving companion who will happily be your shadow and your snuggle buddy, I can't wait to meet you! Story
Hi, I’m Cola! I made quite the journey here from Louisiana, and while my story has had a few bumps along the way, I haven't let that stop me from being the sweet, mellow, loving boy I've always been. When I arrived at the shelter, the staff noticed I never really ran. After taking a closer look, they discovered I had severe hip dysplasia in one of my back legs. To give me the best quality of life possible, that leg had to be amputated. That means I'm now a tripod—but don't feel sorry for me! I'm learning how to navigate this new chapter incredibly well and proving every day just how resilient I am. Even after everything I've been through, I'm still happy, friendly, and eager to share my affection with everyone I meet. I love people of all ages, and my favorite things in the world are cuddles, belly rubs, and spending time with my humans. I would also do well with another gentle, friendly dog who can be a good companion. What I want most is a home where I can finally settle in, feel safe, and enjoy the life I've always deserved. If you're looking for a special dog with a heart full of love and a spirit that refuses to quit, I might just be your perfect match!
