Although I would love to be an only dog or in a home with another calm, easy going adult dog. Good with Cats? Yes, they're SO boring. Good with Kids? I'm great with respectful kids! Good with Strangers? Yep! Potty Trained? Yep! Crate Trained? Nope, but I don't need a crate because I behave well when left alone Shedding? Minimal Bingo is a sweet adult Shih Tzu mix with a heart full of love and a soft spot for human attention—whether you're a grown-up or a kiddo, she’s all in! This little lady is the definition of a loyal companion and would love nothing more than to be your shadow throughout the day (especially if your couch is involved). She’s potty trained and trustworthy in the home, even when left alone—no crate needed! Bingo enjoys lazy afternoons relaxing next to her people, sniffing around the yard, and, of course, indulging in tasty treats. Bingo gets along well with cats (she simply ignores them), and she’s friendly with other dogs. That said, she’d thrive best as an only dog or with a mellow canine companion who respects her space. She prefers peace and quiet over puppy chaos. She does have some resource guarding tendencies with other dogs, but she’s a fantastic communicator—giving plenty of clear, respectful warnings that make it easy to manage in the right home. Bingo is looking for a calm, loving home where she can be someone’s favorite couch buddy and treat taste-tester. She quickly wriggled her way into our hearts with how sweet and loving she is and she would make a great addition to a lucky home of her own soon! A Note from the Foster: ✨ Meet Ashley ✨ This sweet girl is equal parts playful and gentle, with the happiest tail that never seems to stop wagging. She likes exploring the toy bin and has even joined her foster sibling in a bark or two when she’s feeling extra spirited. She’s been such a good girl in her crate, sleeping through the night with only a few minutes of whimpers at the start. Every night she’s kept her crate clean and dry, which makes her foster mom very proud! Potty training is off to a great start, she goes outside regularly and should catch on quickly with a little patience. She’s still learning that pets and cuddles are safe and wonderful, but she already likes to follow her foster mom around, walk in happy little circles when spoken to, and will even sneak in gentle hand kisses. She wants to be close without being too clingy, which makes her the perfect balance of independent and affectionate. Outside, she’s catching on to leash walking (though she likes to trail behind for now). She has an energetic side when she’s playing but also knows how to relax and curl up, she even snoozed for hours wrapped in a cozy blanket, finally letting herself feel comfortable and safe. She gets along great with the resident small dog, coexisting peacefully without any issues. This sweetheart is still coming out of her shell and will continue to grow into her personality with time.
